"We don’t do walk-ins. Our artists work in a private studio by appointment only. We’re not a shop where you drop by to price shop or pop in for a tattoo on a whim. We excel in taking care of our clients on an individual basis in an environment that is conducive to creating art of the highest standard. If you’re looking for a “competitive price” or customer service curtailed to fit the masses; we are not the shop for you. We aim to please the select few that are serious about their skin, not everybody. Our award winning artists are local boys that grew up in Montana; but have taken the time to expand their horizons and learned from some of the best tattooers all over the world and are respected on a international basis by their peers."

They do absolutely amazing work. I got my first tattoo there almost 10 years ago and 3 more since then. I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff is amazingly professional, courteous, and so dedicated to a clean, safe environment as well.

Always a great experience getting tattooed by these guys! The environment is so welcoming and I always seem to have a great time while I'm there. Not to mention both artists are amazing at what they do, I've never left disappointed. I love everything they have put on me!

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE and will waste your time. They are so arrogant and act as if they are better then you. In june I paid 100 dollar deposit for an appointment a month away July 7th and dropped off a picture of the work I wanted done and said if there's anything we need to discuss call me. Instead the morning of my appointment I get a text saying that Pablo needs more time and we need to reschedule so i waited a month and he needs more time ??? So instead he tattood another client and my appointment gets reschedule a week later and the day before guess what they canceled it again!!! I had already took a day off work for this tattoo and was upset and they said they are sorry and will give me a discount and I said I'll give u guys another chance and schedule for the next week and I tell them do not cancel please I am taking a day off work to get this and they assure me they wont and I go to the shop and am waiting an hour for no one to show up and doors are locked!!! I find out they texted my girls phone the day before saying that after hours discussion they aren't going to do my tattoo and they just aren't comfortable???? Literally didnt even call me and try to work with me on ideas or suggest something different with my tattoo they just flat out canceled my appointment when I wasn't dead set on my tattoo idea and would of done something different after having waited almost 2 months 3 canceled appointments taking 2 days off work losing 320 dollars off my paycheck. Its unbelievable they were supposed to send me my 100 dollar refund which never came!! They are completely a RIP off !!!

Fantastic Job on my tattoo! The lines are super clean and the detail is outstanding! Took a while to actually get an appointment scheduled but in the end it was absolutely worth it.

Best tattoo shop in Great Falls and possibly anywhere! Derrick is an amazing artist that I highly recommend and the shop in general is very clean and professional! Theres a reason people come back to town to get tattooed here!

"HANDS DOWN" the BEST TATTOO SHOP in Greatfalls.... not only GreatFalls but Montana....let's do one better than that this side of the Rocky mountains. I have been trying for over two months to make an appointment for a tattoo. You have no common professional courtesy. You have never returned any phone calls. I will never be a customer and I will not encourage anyone to come to your shop.

🛑🚨🛑🚨 Don’t waste your time, or money.
Unfortunately, I don’t recommend Level Up. I scheduled an appointment for the 14th of July and paid my deposit. I received a text message from the receptionist explaining Derick had an unexpected family emergency, had to take the day off, she then stated she would issue me a refund via Venmo- as soon as possible. (This seemed ironic to me considering they only take cash.)
It is the 5th of August and I have yet to receive my refund. I reached out to the receptionist on the 28th of July and she reassured she that she would get it to me the following week (last Wednesday). Still nothing. Extremely unprofessional.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear that this is reoccurring issue with them. Sad part is, compared to others my experience wasn’t as bad ... lots of cancellations, reschedules, and cancellations. If you do decide to go through Level Up I would recommend doing so very cautiously.
