TLDR: Imperial Tattoo is awesome, and Aaron is an amazing tattoo artist.

Went Saturday to get my tattoo done with Aaron. Was easy to find, and had a fantastic atmosphere. All the employees I spoke to were extremely friendly and made sure that any questions I had were answered fully. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and the work that Aaron did was outstanding! My tattoo turned out even better than I was expecting!! Pricing was very affordable, and the aftercare products are as well! I would highly recommend Imperial Tattoo Company to anyone looking for some ink!!

I took my 9 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. From the minute we walked in, everyone was so friendly and really soothed my daughters nerves. The paperwork was a breeze and the two great women that did the actual piercing were amazing. They walked her though each step and ultimately, there weren’t even tears. From start to finish, this was a great experience. I’m so glad we let the professionals handle it and didn’t try to take her to a random store at the mall!

Love love Imperial Tattoo. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Tony has done several tattoos for me and my family and they are always awesome work. Kendall did my daith piercings and very recently my daughter’s industrial and does an awesome job. Always professional and the customer is always important. I highly recommend Imperial.

My first thought when I walked in "This place is really clean". I loved the customer service, I am a stickler about customer service. I went to have my nose re-pierced and my first experience was awful. Extremely painful a lot of blood...etc. Not this time! I'm sorry I forgot her name but she has beautiful red hair.. she is a Piercing Goddess!! In detail she explained the whole process, the what, how, when everything! I anticipated alot pain based on my 1st experience, it was so not the same thing. This was like getting my ears pierced and mine were pierced b4 they used the gun. I can't explain the difference in experience enough, it was like night and day! I have already recommended Imperial Tattoo to 1 person that wants a piercing and 3 people who want tattoos. Thanks guys, love your professionalism and your art work. If I ever get the nerve to get a tattoo I'm coming back.

I had a really good experience getting my first set of tattoos here! Although I made things a little complicated my artist, Aaron, was pretty patient with me haha. He's a really chill dude and gave me exactly what I wanted! Im not sure if they carry saniderm or other tattoo wraps but they do offer some aftercare alternatives in the front. Overall positive experience and I would consider coming back.

I just have to say you guys are hands down the best at what you guys r doing...i had a great experience you guy's made me so comfortable an relaxandrelax...just thanks so much you guys Patrick you made my day...your the best...thank so much...

Friendly staff and fantastic artists! I have personally gone to Aaron Bates, a funny and talented tattooist, for my two pieces! Everyone there is great, the atmosphere and creativity of everyone is so wonderful.

I came here to get my ears re-pierced. Kendall was great and she spent enough time in explaining the process and knew exactly what she had to do. She was very careful and helped me chose titanium earrings which I am hoping will behave on my sensitive ears. Very friendly and great service.

Great and friendly staff. Very clean and organized. Got my nipple pierced and the artist was very communicative and supporting the whole time. Definitely gonna recommend to everyone!

I've been wanting a single forward helix for awhile now and my hubs and I were in the area so I decided to look up places to get it at. I am so happy this just so happen to be the closest place Google brought us to. Kendall was the sweetest and so informative. She talked me through everything single thing she was doing and really put my mind at ease. Great great job! Y'all have a great place here! Even the guy at the counter (never caught his name, sorry) was nice and chatted with us while we waited. Love that were was never an awkward silence and it was really a welcoming atmosphere, which is sadly not common at most tattoo shops. Thanks again! Y'all were awesome! Keep up the great work!
