I got my helix piercing fixed there, since my fist piercer--at another location--used a barbell that was too big. Kendall answered my questions and took my barbell out. They have a friendly staff and a clean workplace, very professional. I would come back for a new piercing or tattoo.

I went to get my 2nd earing holes done for my up coming wedding and i had read online that it was better to get it done by a piercer than with the gun. That article was very correct. Been going to Imperial Tattoo for 5 years for my ink. Most of it done by Tony Waynr, but all the artists are excellent. Realism, new school, watercolor, or geometric there is a talented artist for you. Shop is super clean. Never disappointed.

I first met Tony, Jake Lee and Jesus during their My Little Pony promotion, and fell in love with their personalities, cleanliness of their shop, and quality of their work. After seeing Jake Lee's amazing work on my sister-in-law, I scheduled my own tattoo with him two weeks later. He took a design that I loved and made it so much better! Jake Lee is a true artist! My family, friends, and I will definitely be coming back to Imperial Tattoo for all of our tattoo needs.

We came in to get a tattoo or talk to a tattoo artist about the design we wanted. The guy at the counter said what we wanted was too small for enough detail but gave us the card of the artist that would be best to deal with. We were too impatient and went somewhere else but Imperial was a nice location, had great work photographed, looked very clean and the guy was as friendly and as helpful as he needed to be.

Edit 4 years later. My dad passed away from Covid19 on Christmas eve 2020. My mom, my sister and I wanted to get a special tattoo in his honor. Due to Covid regulations we're not allowed to all go in. My mom is Hispanic and doesn't speak English. Well, Jeff does! THEY'RE BILINGUAL. That is awesome to me. Jeff, is so awesome!!!
