Entire experience was excellent. Great staff, good vibes, positive energy. Props to the super talented Ian Fleming, the magician, and wizard who did my piece. I'll definitely be back.

Came in to the shop today and was instantly greeted by friendly staff. I was introduced to Mason (piercer) who began to explain to process. He was very friendly and professional. What I liked most was his knowledge on different types of jewelry and the pros and cons of each type regarding the healing process. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend visiting this shop. Amazing and friendly staff.

October 2019: Great place! Got my first tattoo (the cross/EKG/heart) done on my forearm by Scott. I came in for a consultation to tell him what I wanted, then made an appointment to get it done that week. He was very nice, helpful, & allowed me to tweak it as many times as needed at the appointment before doing it. The assistants are wonderful, gave me all the info I needed & called to remind me of the consultantion & appointment. Clean & comfortable facility. Definitely recommend the shop!

November 2021: I contacted Scott about doing another tattoo, this time a handwriting piece on my arm above the elbow. He got me on the calendar, I actually had to reschedule but they quickly got me another appointment for the same day & time another week. The first pictures are from the night I got it, the other one is a month after getting it (and 2 weeks after getting a slight touch-up). He copied my friend’s handwriting precisely via stencil & it turned out beautifully. I was a bit picky about the placement, but he was patient & helpful, replacing the stencil 3 times until we got it exactly where I wanted. Grateful for the trustworthiness, organization, cleanliness, & expertise at Imperial.

November 2022: Back for more! Scott crushed it again with my sparrow & olive branch. I emailed him some photo references & a description of what I wanted, we booked it, & I am extremely pleased with his design & execution. It was a great experience & further confirmation that Imperial & Scott are the best!

The services were adequate, the only reason why they were given 2 stars was that I believed I was overcharged for the services. I had to pay $20 each for the changing of jewelry and I brought expensive jewelry from their shop to exchange my current jewelry with. They even had the audacity to take a picture of my ear (without asking for my permission) for free publicity. Every shop is entailed to set their own prices and if customer doesn't agree they should take their business elsewhere. However, I felt that this was obscene, esp. considering other shops changed jewelry for free or complimentary with the purchase of jewelry. They could have cleaned the area, so the $20 charge could've seemed worthwhile, but they didn't even do that.

They were quick to answer my scheduling request for a piercing. I came in earlier than scheduled fully prepared to wait for my scheduled time but was quickly accommodated and taken care of. Mason and Geoff answered all my questions and my appointment was nice and quick! Will definitely be back in the future

My first tattoo studio and it was stellar. Clean, brightly lit & staffed w friendly, experienced artists. Great experience.

For my first tattoo, Imperial Tattoo Company did quotation marks on my wrists.

After a week, I could see quite a bit of skin in the quotation marks on my left wrist & a lot smaller amount in those on the right wrist. The outlines of the tattoos were wonky with ink going outside the lines on the circles & the stems of the marks. The circles of the quotation marks on the left wrist are bigger than the circles on the right wrist. Also, one stem is thinner than the other stem on both wrists. I went into the shop 2 or 3 weeks after I got the tattoos & asked to speak with Cristyan about the tattoos. Cristyan was busy doing a tattoo so Geoff asked if he could help. I pointed out the things I saw wrong with the tattoos & he gave me the spill about how they may have looked fully saturated to the artist while being done but the healing would reveal more. Since it was healing, it could be seen easier if any touch-ups would be needed. He mentioned how the skin taking the ink & healing time varied among individuals. I then reiterated & pointed out the line issues and the sizes of the circles being different (one side bigger than the other). He said that it would be no problem to touch-up the tattoo & fill in the circle where you can see the skin. I mentioned the sizing too, & he said yes regarding that too. I asked if there was a fee, & he said no & that they would take care of it. He told me to come back after about 2 weeks since I still had silver skin. I asked if it mattered if it takes longer to go away (concerned on if I could still get the free touch-up after the 2 weeks), & he told me no. He said he was the manager, gave me his card, & told me to talk to him if I have any issues.

I was in touch with him a few times after that to keep him up-to-date on the silver skin still being there & even emailed so there could be written documentation of me speaking with him. I only talked to him from that point forward since he was the person I spoke with about the issues & was the manager. I went in today to have Geoff look & confirm that silver skin was gone. He wasn't there but another guy & Tony spoke with me. There were no notes of Geoff ever talking with me. I was asked when was the last time I spoke with him, & I told all of the times. They called him & he remembered talking to me but not saying no fee for the touch-up. I repeated that I will just talk to Geoff, but Tony said he was Geoff's boss. He kept repeating how the policy I signed states the fee for the touch-up and how Geoff couldn't have told me that. I repeated that he did tell me that. I realized that they were going to be dirty about it, so I told him that I will just pay someone else to fix the tattoos but won't be paying them. Tony kept running his mouth as if I didn't just make my exit statement & caused me to really yell & go off about it. Tony gave very poor customer service. His goal wasn't to resolve the issue but defend the touch-up not being free. He never asked to see the tattoos to see what was going on with them. He came in on the tail end of a conversation & tried to flex his "owner" muscle after I said I will just speak with Geoff. He told me that I wasn't going to be yelling at him in his shop after he incited the anger/yelling from his poor customer service. After I called back & mentioned him watching the shop's video of my conversation with Geoff & asked for a copy of the policy I signed, he stated that only the artist could say a touch-up is free after previously saying touch-ups aren't free (hmm...interesting). I then told him that Cristyan was busy, which is why I spoke with Geoff who is the manager. A person would think a manager could make that call too but obviously this business doesn't operate like any normal business. It was a lot more to this, like Tony's oral pop quiz to try to discredit my aftercare, but I will let the "non-free touchup" tattoos speak for themselves in the images (study them closely).

*Follow up: Ignore the comment from owner. Tony didn't try to resolve the issue and refused to apologize for his poor customer service.

Aaron Bates did a great job on my wife's tattoo. As always the folks at Imperial were very accommodating and cool the whole time. Almost everyone in my family has got a tattoo from Imperial. I would highly reccomend them to all!

I had a pretty awful experience at another tattoo shop getting a piercing. My piercings were incredibly off center, I was in unbelievable amounts of pain, and something felt very wrong about the entire experience. I came to Imperial Tattoo Company hoping to meet a reputable piercer who could tell me what to do and I met Mason. He told me my jewelry was externally thredded, so incredibly painful and basically shredded my piercing and he said he would help me take them out and happily repierce me in the future. I am not going to lie, getting them taken out was absolutely awful, but I know Mason was as gentle and nice as possible. He and all the staff I met: Mason, Ian and Jeff, were incredibly nice and helpful people. I will absolutely not go anywhere else for piercing help again. Thanks Mason!!!

Kendall did a fabulous job on my second nostril piercing. She matched it up with my current one and it was WAY painless than my first at another shop. The ring is fitted perfectly too.
The shop is clean, maybe a little more price wise but i do believe you get what you pay for. I inquired about appointments and got a quick response, custom jewelry and a clean shop. They’re worth paying a little more for.
Shop does require a mask so if you’re not for that…
