Respectful, professional, and a gentle piercer….Rudy is the goat!! Went to get my nipples done for the first time and while I expected pain of course…it wasn’t excruciating pain how it’s made out to be. Not sure how you “gently” apply pain lol but Rudy made it happen. Will return

I Went to Platinum tattoos and piercings (410,Evers) to get my daughter's ears pierced. upon walking in, the staff was very unwelcoming and not acknowledging me. I was told to pay upfront, I didn't know any better so I obliged. The front cashier said my earrings I brought were fine and needed to be sterilized. (2 hour wait) When I came back, I stood there awkwardly as nobody told me anything until I eventually sat down. After about 15 minutes, they informed me that my earrings were not in fact usable. Why wasn't I informed about this the first time? So they brought ones to sell me. I felt very rushed and didn't feel satisfied with the earrings they wanted me to buy, but I bought them anyway as they said I will be seen right after. A few minutes later, they said I had to wait another 2 hours because the piercer was going to break. I'm usually understanding with certain situations, but they were very rude the entire way. I kindly asked for my money back. (About 180.00$ all together not including the tip they make you pay upfront.) They refused and told me matter of factly, there was nothing i can do about getting my money back. Disputed anyway. How can you refuse to refund for a service that was never rendered? They also lost keepsake box for the earrings I brought in the first time. Horrible experience, I advise going elsewhere.

Previously had a good experience with this place however I Drove an hour and a half to this company for an appointment and was then turned away because the owner who scheduled the appointment forgot to actually put me on the schedule. When I asked for my deposit back since it wasn’t my mistake, I got no response and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Used to recommend this place, but definitely wouldn’t now.

Came here because of the reviews and wasn't disappointed! I got ear piercings for my baby, friendly staff and nice place. I loved that the first thing you have to do as you walk in is put on a mask and wash your hands. I'm not sure if every place is like that, but Ioved it. Everything was very sanitary and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend it.👍🏻👏🏻😁 A+

Had a heavyset man pierce my septum (can't remember his name at the moment) and it was the worst experience I've ever had. He didn't disinfect the area at all. Did not warm me and couldn't even stand to reach my nose. He absolutely rushed it and then practically told me to get out. Never coming back here again. The person at the desk was also rude and had an attitude. This place used to have it going on and now it's just so miserable.If you're reading this do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE
