I got my second lobe and eyebrow piercing here. The jewelry for both piercing ended up being $51.97 and the services were $30 each. The wait was nearly an hour. They helped another customer that came way after us first. The staff weren’t friendly. Mingo was my piercer there was no hello and he immediately told me to position myself when I asked him which one he was going to do first and if he was going to tell me when he was going to start. I had no warning the piercing was about to begin. I also had another earring in for my first lobe and he didn’t warn me he was going to take it off, he just did it. When I was finished I was confused if I was done and ready to go. I bought after-care there and they charged me extra for a “Convenience 1” and I’m not really sure what that was because I only bought one product. Piercing job was good overall but the customer service was terrible, probably wont come again.

Harvey and Noah were so great! I went in to change up my ear jewelry a bit. Harvey was very patient and helpful to me. Noah helped me change out my earrings and gave some suggestions for my future piercings. Super thankful for their help! Definitely recommend!

Mingo brings 20 years of piercing expertise to the table. A man of few words, placed my piercing perfectly. It was fast and as close to painless as possible. And 24 hours later, pain free and perfect. Mingo. I appreciate the hell out of you, man. And I will be back.

I went to Platinum for a navel piercing and the process was super quick and honestly pretty painless. This shop is by far the cleanest and most sanitary one that I’ve been to. Noah was my piercer and did an incredible job. I had read good reviews about him online and I can confirm that he lived up to his reputation! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing or a tattoo in the future!!

Got my first tattoo here, the team was super relaxed and friendly which helped make it less stressful. They helped me design a piece that encompassed what was going to be 2 separate tattoos and instead made it one really unique piece that I love even more!
My artist was Jordan Mobley and he did amazing the day of the tattoo, super positive, engaged and friendly! He will be my go to for whatever pieces I may get in the future for sure!
The location was very nice as well, the rooms were all clean which is always nice. I couldn’t be happier with both the tattoo I got and the experience I had here!
