They worked quick to get everyone through the line without neglecting customers needs or concerns. It is very clean, and a decent space. The workers were so nice, and listened to everything and made sure you felt and looked your best. I would recommend getting any and all peircings here.

Piercing was great! My artist (Shane I believe) was quick and professional, as well as being very personable. Tipped much higher than I had initially planned to because of his excellent work and attitude.
The front desk, however, is a completely different story. There were two people working at the counter while my siblings and I were there, one woman with a very cheerful and bubbly demeanor who was happily helping other customers, and then there was the person we dealt with. (They appeared androgynous so I respectfully won't address them as male or female.)
From the moment my sibling and I approached the counter, we both had a fair few questions. I have several metal allergies and hadn't had my ears pierced in 13 years, so I inquired as to whether or not the titanium or steel piercings might give me an infection. They instantly acted offended that I would even suggest such a thing, and scoffed that they only sell "luxury items" here. While that's true, it did nothing to answer my question. When I joked to my sibling about not being able to afford a gold hoop (prices are high but it's understandable, admittedly the quality of their jewelry is very good) I was glared at by the cashier and had to ask to see the steel collections twice before they showed them to me. When I was told I could only have a hoop with a bead on the end for a fresh piercing, I was curious as to why, and I had to ask them THREE TIMES before I got an answer.
I understand that it can be frustrating to deal with someone who knows very little about the service you offer, but I wasn't irritated or angry at any point during my questioning. I work customer service and have the utmost respect for people in those positions, so I try my best to go out of my way to be polite. I felt like the attitude my sibling and I received was very unprofessional and almost made us both leave, though I am relieved that we decided against it since Shane did such an excellent job.

We went to SB body piercing instead and were greeted kindly inside the establishment instead of being herded like infected cows outside 23rd street body piercing. The mask sign was posted outside to demonstrate how little they appreciate building relationships with anyone who may or may not be diseased. It is clear they care more about expressing their opinion and less about serving the public.

They're pricey. BUT this is my third piercing from 23rd street body piercing and quality costs. I got a septum piercing this time. My piercer was a tiny, cute girl named Ashley from Texas. She was very professional, friendly, made me feel super comfortable and changed gloves about 80 times!! Lol!! VERY clean and sanitary. The initial piercing she did came out a bit crooked. She was NOT gonna let me leave like that and got another professional to come assist in correcting it. Which DID require being repierced. But hey....I appreciared that even that small flaw wasn't acceptable to her. They wanted it to be perfect and beautiful. And it is. 😁😁😁👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Wonderful! Great experience and my pierced was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Everything was sanity and well handled.
Very queer friendly. Also their form has a spot for a preferred name which is a god send for trans people. :)

Came in from out of town with a friend looking to get about 3-4 piercings. We were excited because initially it looks like a professional, quality store but once we got there, we were immediately greated with negative attitudes and rude remarks. I decided not to get pierced anymore after the front desk guys major unprovoked problem with us and waited for my friend to get her one piercing and we left. Very ungrateful business! There’s plenty of other local piercing businesses more deserving of your time and money!

Went in on my birthday to get a rook and a conch and it was a great experience! Donny was my piercer and he was super nice and very organized and clean. Make sure you get there early though, it gets busy fast! Always worth the money and I'm sure I'll be back
