Overall a very professional and lovely place very clean...got peirced by Kayli for my nips back in july but unfortunately my left one has gave me multiple issues and i believe was peirced too deep and had to be removed...sad i had to loose my peircing and hopefully i can get it redone after it heals!

Everyone was totally professional but laid back, very cool atmosphere. Danny did my 2 lip piercings quick and almost pain free. Pricing is fair, but parking's kinda hard. Hehe!

I just now figured out how to leave a review lol but I wanted to applaud India, she helped to put my nose piercing back in. She was super sweet and handled everything perfectly. She was very professional but also handled things with care and talked me through the process, I appreciated having her as my helper so much!! She was so kind, and I will definitely be returning soon for another piercing. I hope to have her again!

I got my daith pierced by Francisco & he did amazing! I am scared of needles & was extremely nervous, but everyone was so nice! They explained everything to me! Plus the piercing rooms were very sanitary!

I have gotten all of my piercings here and I have never had a problem, everyone is very friendly and happy to serve me. I went in the other day to get my septum pierced and all was well until the piercing took place. My piercer was very kind and warned me from the beginning that septum’s are tricky because she can’t see them and she might have to pierce me twice. I understood the reasoning behind this but I think it could have been handled better. My piercer was very short and I am not, she had me sit up straight and she stood on the step stool, she began to stick the needle half way through my nose then stopped and took it out. She then tried again and and pierced my nose all the way through but said she didn’t do it right. I then laid down backwards on the chair and finally, third times a charm, she liked how it was placed. As an experienced piercer she should have known that laying me down was the better option in order to see where the piercing was going but I had to get stabbed three times to get it right. I’m glad that I got a warning that this might happen but I think her experience as a piercer could have told her the right way to do this. So just a warning if you get a septum piercing you might end up with three holes in your nose.

I would have gone in, but when I got there, there was a line, about 10 people. I called to see if the line was for piercings, or everyone, as I just wanted a Labret ball because I lost mine. I was told I would have to wait in 100+ degree weather for possibly an hour from what I saw, to spend 20 bucks. Some people browse for a long time, especially in a store like this. I am good. I ordered from Amazon. It's cool. I wanted to go there because that is where I got the piercing. Maybe next time.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Not something you want or need when you’re about to get pierced. I will never be back.

their website says specifically “We take our last procedure one hour prior to closing.”
they close at 7pm on sundays. i came in at 5:30pm and waited 15 minutes just to get turned away. so is the cut off an hour before you close? or do you guys just ignore customers in the lobby until you can get as close to that hour mark as you as you can?
