This place is awful. To treat a customer the way I saw a cashier treat someone today was appalling. I should have walked out but I had already paid. Now the staff in the back is amazing!

My friend got their ears pierced and had a great experience here!
They were super busy when we came in, but they handled the crazy amount of people really well. Even with them being swamped the staff was friendly and professional.
This shop also has really cool earrings for those with gauges.

I give them five stars because my child went for his ear piercing and he was respected, listened to and felt so confident in their skills, he was brave enough to finish the other ear.
They explained very well to a 9 year old how to take care of his piercings before we left and walked him through every step as we moved forward.
The employees were helpful, understanding and I was 100% comfortable letting them take care of my kiddo.

Have had my bridge and orbital lobe pierced here.it has a very nice and diverse staff that make you feel welcomed. During busy hours the lobby can be quite excitable and I have had a panic attack due to it but it is not their fault.
The body piercers are VERY knowledgeable and I trust them with any of my important or rare piercings as I know they will get it right.
I generally spend about $80-100each visit that includes piercing fee($30) and the cost of the initial jewelry (which is very high quality as they use internally threaded implant grade barbells) and finally a $20-$40 tip( which may be above standard but the experience and dedication warrants exceptional compensation)
To summarize, amazing & knowledgeable staff, high quality jewelry, very sanitary environment, however I would avoid while busy times if you are neurodivergent as it can be a little overwhelming.

The initial piercing experience was great! Returning for help repairing broken jewelry and then trying to return a second time to change the jewelry were miserable. The individual at the door acted more like a bouncer than anyone prepared to help customers. Questions seems to offend him. He was rude, sarcastic, and extremely unhelpful.

Got my septum pierced a few weeks ago, at first the chick said she couldn't find my sweet spot..and I thought I wasn't going to be able to but Danny felt it and said it's narrow but there. He was awesome! Definitely recommend going to Danny!

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced for her birthday. They made her feel very comfortable, even tho she was nervous. Will take her back if she wants more. Will tell everybody to go here.

Liked the piercers but the front staff is so passive aggressive and has attitude for days. I won't go back after a couple of disappointing experiences, they need to learn customer service skills.

This place was probably the best piercing shop I have been to. Everybody is knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. I absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting a piercing.
