i’ve been here at least 3-4 times and just came in w some girlfriends to get some spontaneous piercings, all three of us got pierced and i got my first dermal and ashley made us all feel right at home. so sweet!! next time i get pierced i will definitely be asking for her again! she makes you feel so much more at ease while your nerves are racing! thank you ashley!!! you’re the best!!! 🖤

I called this place to have my daughters ears pierced. They said the were open and we hung up. Arrived from rural Oklahoma to learn we needed a birth certificate and photo to get the service. It would sure be nice for the people that answer the phone to let folks know this!!! I will never be back there!

The worst customer service… I was sold a nose ring that was too big(gauge) and I went back the same day… I was told nothing could be done(the worker picked the gauge and I did ask if it was it bigger than what I currently had)… asked for a manager… she left the desk for a few min and came back and said no manager was there… I will NEVER spend another dollar with them!!!

Clean, attentive, and very instructive. Lots of jewelry to choose from. After care instructions are presented on a large TV with videos showing what to do and what not to do. Prices seemed a bit high, but you pay for the knowledge and experience. The place is obviously doing a good business. It felt comfortable and not intimidating, like a lot of tattoo shops do.
