My two daughters got their ears pierced by Jessica. She was very profession, super friendly, and was so patient with my girls. I will definitely be back to see her for any piercing needs!

I would definitely recommend Black Lotus! The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming while she checked me in and let Morgan know I had arrived. The location is sparkly clean and Morgan nailed my tattoo. I had a great time chatting with him and would definitely recommend checking this place out!! We’ll be back!

Worst artist ever! The fat guy kept saying “I’m not sure it’ll be exactly what you want.” It was just text…that bled. Not sure how a “tattoo artist” can’t draw a line, but sure enough. Didn’t cross t’s or dot i’s. If you CAN’T do something DON’T. Don’t pretend you can.
If you waste your money there you WILL need a coverup.

Been going here for years for ear piercings and Kristin was awesome with my first tattoo!! Would 100% recommend

Went to get my nipples pierced. Excellent price. Friendly atmosphere. Jessica was my piercer. She made the experience comfortable. Answered all my questions. Triple checked the markings before piercing. All in all, 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

When I arrived everything was fine everybody was kind but the next day I noticed my piercing was sinking. The front desk associate made it seem as if this was normal for this to happen. I quickly discovered that it wasn’t and I needed to see the piercer ASAP. I was told to take ibuprofen and that it would be fine. I called again still feeling uneasy because something didn’t feel right again she reassured me that it was okay. At that point I didn’t even want to go back to the shop it was too much of an inconvenience. I ended up going to another shop to get it fixed and ended up having to pay again to get my ring changed it was clearly way too small.

I called and she specifically said depending what it is we should be able to fit you in. First idea was a rose. Couldn’t do it. Which I had told you I understood. Every place I’ve went to wanted a scheduling for that particular one. The other idea was already drawn up. Torn bear with a knife. Which is what I was referring to. But in your reply you tried to twist my words. Just line work and shading tattoo. Not large. She said your gonna have to make an appointment. Next time keep it real and tell your customers that you need a consultation for all ideas. Especially for customers that drive 45 minutes after told there is availability. Instead of trying to use sales techniques.

Funny how you’ll reply but forgot I showed you multiple tattoos and said no to all. So you used a sales technique to get customers into the door for consultation after telling me there was availability depending on tattoo. After multiple considerations to all pictures it was your still gonna need a consultation. That’s when I caught an attitude and realized your artist isn’t available after being told she was. So don’t try and defend yourself because this is a public review. Now that pictures are posted what excuse you got this time?

This review has nothing to do with your artists. Which I’ve heard great things about their work. This is against you as an owner of who I was dealing with.”Leaving my city for instant tattoo gratification.” Because you said your artist had time! Get your attitude into check.

When I was around 15 I got my bellybutton pierced here, and although I’ve forgotten the piercers name, it was a very lovely experience. He was super nice and made me feel very comfortable even through my insecurities with myself. It did get infected but to no fault of them, I changed it too early. I returned on Friday (I’m now 18) and was greeted as soon as I walked in by a kind lady at the desk. I was helped with my questions and told that if I found something I liked she’d be sure to get the artist if they were present so that I could speak with them. I found something I want to get on my wrist for Mother’s day and the nice lady went to get the artist , Sarah (?), for me. She came right out and was very helpful, very kind, seemed very patient and happy to be of help. Lovely experience overall, and I am very excited to return Monday for my appointment with Sarah ! I’ll definitely try to remember Monday to share a picture of her finished work in a separate review; however, I have full confidence it’ll be beautiful (:

Great atmosphere. Warm and friendly staff. "Captain" Morgan was an awesome guy, who could have given me a tattoo on the spot, but instead he directed me to another artist there that specializes in what I asked for (a traditional American pinup of my wife). I set an appointment with Malia, gave her pictures, and she had one drawn up the next week with 2 different hair styles, based on the pictures I gave her. She did an amazing job and gave me a fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

And the men named issac was the best he did my piercings quick and I will definitely come back for more!!
