I got an ear piercing here and they were great! When I first walked in, the interior looked amazing. The lady at the front was very nice, and courteous. The person who pierced my ear, explained everything and made me feel safe about the whole process. It was super quick and I would highly recommend the Black Lotus Tattoo Gallery!

Best friend and I got pierced by Isaac today. I got my nose pierced for the third time. He was very kind, professional, and informative. I was talking about holding a stuffed animal the last time I got pierced, and without hesitation he handed me a pierced stuffed monkey for comfort lol
I was expecting this piercing to hurt the most b/c of the scar tissue, but it hurt the least since Issac was quick and gentle. He is definitely a master at his craft. The shop’s atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly!

Previously, I got a forearm piece inked here, and then additional detail added some time later. This visit, I got a double piercing in one ear. First time ever having my helix pierced, and it was pretty quick and easy. Placement was great and not overly painful. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and the skills of my piercer. :) 5 stars and I will be going back for future piercings and to add to my forearm ink.

Nicole is the BEST piercing professional around! Both of my little girls had their ears pierced and she was absolutely attentive and thoughtful every step of the way. From the Disney jams playing in the room, to the candy treat after, she created the most kid - friendly peircing experience possible. I also had my nose pierced at the same appointment and I barely felt anything! If you're considering a peircing, do yourself a favor and go see Nicole at Black Lotus.

Awful customer service. The receptionist kept calling me “the consult,” instead of using my name. Then the artist, Cody, was legit rude. Not only did he say my tattoo idea was stupid he then proceeded to go on about how he could tattoo anything. I get if an artist isn’t feeling the tattoo but just say so. I made an appt for the consult with reference photos. If he didn’t like the idea or photos why did they waste both of our times having me come in to talk about. A simple “the artist feels this tattoo would better done elsewhere.”
I can’t say how their work is but I can tell you their professionalism is terrible. In my opinion you’re better off choosing any other shop in town. Just for reference I was requesting a northern lights half sleeve.
