I was already impressed with this place when I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she did such an amazing job with my daughter. She put on Disney music and explained everything to my daughter before she did anything. After my daughter’s ears healed, we changed out her earrings. Unfortunately the back came off and the one earring fell out in her sleep. I called Black Lotus, they told me to come in and they’d try to get it back in. I thought it was closed and wasn’t going to bother going in, but I’m glad I did. A different piercer was there and he did such an awesome job getting her earring back in. 1000% recommend Black Lotus!

I went in this evening with my friend. I got a septum piercing and nipple piercings. Everything was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. Jessica did our piercings and was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and comfortable to be around. She did an amazing job at making sure everything was aligned correctly. I will definitely be going back to Black Lotus! I cannot say enough good things!!

Black Lottus is amazing in their customer service. I have had conversations with several ladies here about issues with my nose piercing.
After having the worst experience at another piercing shop after getting my nose pierced , i came here for tips on how to heal the nose piercing and what i can do to get rid of my bump on my nose.
Nicole helped me place a new piece of jewelry in and gave my great advice on after care compared to where I got it done originally. All the ladies were so nice and respectful.

Best shop around, great customer service, and excellent artists. Got paired with captain morgan, and was not disappointed. He was playing great tunes, and through the process we talked the whole time about any number of subjects, which makes the time go by that much quicker. I already have my next two tattoo ideas, and will definitely be back, and will be asking for captain morgan.

I got to see Tabatha, she is the newest addition to the establishment as a permanent make-up artist. She is absolutely fabulous. I was nervous at first about getting my eyebrows done, but after talking with her about how I felt she made me feel so much better. I trusted her, and she did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to help make sure I was comfortable. She was patient with my needs for a break because laying down for long periods hurts my back without proper support. I appreciated her efforts and her hard work. Go see her!!!
