Lady Cora did another fantastic session on my extensive back piece. I am so happy with the level of professionalism of the black lotus staff and artists. This is my second time using this shop. First was my nose ring. This time, my piercer was Jessica and she was really friendly and nice. I got my snug pierced and I’m happy with my results. She did a great job keeping me calm and collected when I was nervous. I would definitely go here again for my next piercing.

I came in for a walk in. As soon as I walked into the door I was taken care of. I had to wait just a little bit,but it was worth the wait. The artist was gentle and wonderful,and the staff are so nice! Now I have the tattoo I had been wanting since I was 15,and it's gorgeous!

Black Lotus has always been professional and welcoming every time I've come into the shop. My first time there was as a walk in client after another shop rejected my business based on the tattoo subject matter. The people in the shop were professional about my tattoo idea and more excited about it than I was. The tattoo was done incredibly well and Kristin was even able to touch up a few spots several weeks after it had healed. I had initially gotten my nose pierced at a different shop that had not done a great job, and Jessica was able to fix the piercing and change out the jewelry so that my nose could have an easier time healing. Now that my nose has fully healed, I went to the shop to change my jewelry into something with precious stones and medals. The owner and Jessica were able to walk me through the process of custom ordering a couple pieces for my nose that were exactly what I was looking for. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone in the shop and they have earned a client for life.

I got my first cartilage piercing at Black Lotus, and it went so well! Everyone was so friendly. The entire place felt very clean and organized. I wasn’t rushed, and they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The person who pierced my ears, Bill, was extremely kind, skilled, and helpful. He made sure I was completely comfortable and explained all available options to me. He then gave me his email to contact him if I had an issues. Overall a great experience!! I would totally go back and recommend to a friend.

Will never return. Made an appointment to have my son's ears pierced days in advance. Brought 3 kids across town to have it done only to be told the the piercer has a "personal preference" not to pierce children under 7 and turned away. His age was confirmed at the time the appointment was made. Disappointing that a personal preference was more important than accommodating a customer who was at no fault.
