Great shop! I followed Noah Macdonald from his previous shop because he always delivers exactly what I ask for. I have a large portion of my body covered in Noah's tattoo's and couldn't be happier with them. The shop is clean and professional and all the artists are accomplished and friendly. I would recommend this shop in general and Noah in particular to anyone wanting to get tattooed in Madison.

Most tattoo shops do not make you feel welcome, and almost a burden. This place welcomes you with open arms, and makes it a truly genuine experience. I got a tattoo from Noah (several), and each session I have had I barely notice the needle because I am laughing so hard from this hilarious man. Noah is such a righteous human being, and truly is a well rounded artist. He not only will be upfront and honest about body positioning, realistically what the tattoo will look like, and he will never just give you a tattoo for an extra buck. He also has given several of my friends/coworkers/boss tattoos after them seeing the quality work on my body. He is great, his tattoos are beautiful, and he is a wonderful person. The shop matches his amazing work magically.

Got my second tattoo today from Josiah, who was the most professional, awesome artist. He was great to talk to during the tattoo, and was super focused on making sure he gave me exactly the tattoo I wanted. Great shop- clean, organized, and friendly. I'm definitely going back to Josiah and Colt's for my next tattoo.

I've been tattooed by Marc and Cory, and my experiences both times were excellent. They're both super talented, friendly, and cooperative. Marc helped me improve on a botched tattoo from Blue Lotus, and Cory blew my mind with a couple amazing designs, given only a vague idea.

Mr.Chuk did my first tattoo a few months ago and it was an all around bad experience. He drew up a design for me and I critiqued it a bit because I wanted to feel like the design I was putting on my body was exactly how I wanted it and he acted like my request was annoying. I eventually just settled for the design because I felt nervous asking again. (I feel that a tattoo artist should always make you feel comfortable adjusting the design) I was told what the cost would be ahead of time and it felt pricey but I was okay with it. Everything was clean but I did not feel welcomed. Throughout the actual inking he continuously was very firm about not stopping. I needed to take a few breaks (No more than 5 minutes in all) and he acted like I was a complete wimp. He ended up charging be around $50 more because of "all of the time in breaks" which I felt was unfair, but I was too shy to say anything. Now months later I need to get it touched up because he missed the outline on multiple leaves of my flower but I plan to pay someone else to do the touchups. I do not recommend going here.

Amazing shop. Very professional. I went to many different shops and everyone seemed uninvested in my tattoo (being my first one I didn't like that); however, Timeless Tattoo's wasn't like that at all. Marc was very excited to redraw and do my tattoo and he was super friendly and supportive throughout the experience. Not to mention I wasn't charged an arm and a leg like other shops would've. Overall a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone :)

Albert and Cory ( hopefully spelling his name right) are the best and most relatable professional artists I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every crappy tattoo I’ve had I’ve gotten fixed personally by Albert. He does great work and cares for his customers.

I had my first tattoo finished at Colt's and it was a great experience. It's a medium-sized tattoo that I asked to have done in a couple of sessions, but the prices were beyond reasonable. It healed easily after each session, and turned out exactly how I wanted it to. I'll be coming back here for a second.

I've been going to Albert for Years he does fantastic work I'm always getting compliments on my tattoos I can't imagine going to anyone else I highly recommend Albert. I do have to say everyone one at Colt's makes you feel welcome, great environment If your thinking of getting piercings or tattoos i suggest you check out Colt's Timeless Tattoos.

I'm heavily tattooed and I've spent a lot of time in tattoo shops. From my experiences I'd say there are a few things to consider when deciding where to get tattooed. You want a clean shop and a good artist. I personally would also prefer to be tattooed in a friendly environment. Colt's has all of these elements. The staff is friendly and you don't have to feel pressured by menacing assholes/local scene pretentious idiot trolls. Noah is my guy and he's a pretty accomplished artist even outside of the tattoo world. If you've spent time in a tattoo chair you'll totally appreciate that he's incredibly efficient and really technically sound. I love the fact that he barely uses his foot pedal. He just goes. I just feel that this is the mark of an actual artist. He has the vision and he doesn't need to constantly reassess the situation. His work speaks for itself. His lines are clean and don't blow out. He's constantly posting pictures on his instagram of healed work. If you know anything about tattooing you know that THAT is the picture you need to see, not the freshly done blood smeared mess. But i digress...
So yeah, go to Colt's for a no BS positive tattooing experience. Mark and Josiah are great artists as well.
