Just got a tattoo done by Haley!! Such a good experience, she was easy to talk to and really accommodating. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted and she worked with me to decide on something that I loved. Even though I made her change the placement and size a million times, she didn't mind at all. Overall, really great and I highly recommend :)

Scheduled a tattoo during a vacation in Madison, along with two other friends who also received tattoos. The staff was SUPER friendly and professional! The tattoo artist Cheeks created beautiful tattoos for my two friends and I! I would come back to this shop to get tattooed again in a heart beat, especially by Cheeks! Would give a higher star rating if I could...

Love the shop and love all my tattoos! Marc is great at what he does and takes the time to listen to my ideas before drawing them out in a spot on way. I’ve never been unhappy with my experience. 10/10 recommend!

At first I felt odd going to another tattoo artist but Marc Nelson was awesome! The shop was super neat and clean and everyone was very friendly. I had both arms done which took two sessions , so it was nice to have an artist that was laid back and super easy to talk to as well as very talented! I love my wings on my arms and I wouldn't change a thing about them! Thanks Marc can't wait for the next tattoo!!

Cheeks did an awesome job giving 5 of my family members the same water color floral tattoo. He was professional, kind and had a light touch while tattooing. We have all found our go-to tattoo artist for the future! I am also very impressed with their COVID-19 “new normal” procedures. The shop was incredibly clean and you can tell they care about their customers and staff.

I've gotten tattoos from both Josiah and Marc, and I couldn't be happier! Josiah is amazingly good at realism and finding creative ways to improve on old tattoos, while Marc is an absolute master at line work. He recently gave me a lace sleeve, and it's perfect! I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm in Dane.

The shop is very clean and comfortable, and everyone working there is professional and friendly. No, seriously though, everyone who works there is awesome - I've never had such a good time getting stabbed. :)

Alright so I’ve gotten a number of tattoos by Josiah and although I could write a novel about his professionalism, the genuine care he takes to do his best every time, and his attitude and outlook throughout the actual tattooing process, I will keep this review to the only tattoo I received at Timeless Tattoos in Madison, WI. My girlfriend and I had spent four hours in the car to make it in time for us both to be tattooed in the same day (leaving our son with a babysitter all day doesn’t happen frequently) and when we finally got to the shop we were greeted like old friends (like I said, I’ve had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Josiah before he had relocated to Madison) and got down to business. After a short discussion and collaboration, our tattooing began! I can’t speak for my girlfriend (although she did post her own glowing review), so I will skip over the hours we spent while she got tattooed, just chatting about life. After her tattoo (and lunch!) was all done, I got ready for my turn. Finally getting a tattoo I had been wanting for a few years, I was absolutely elated. Josiah was just as excited as I was and it just made the experience even better. He had done his own research and brought his own photos he had liked and between mine and his we settled on a design. Just a few short, relaxed (as relaxed as it could be, at least) hours I had my tattoo and could not be happier with it. Josiah’s willingness to stay late and put in extra time to ensure a great tattoo will not go unappreciated. His talent really speaks for itself so I’m not really going to brush on it but I would recommend anybody and everybody check out his portfolio even if it’s just to see some very nice tattoos. I wish I could do more than just write a review for him and his shop, as they deserve so much more. I never once felt out of place or that I was in any situation less than professional. Josiah takes his job, his artwork, and his reputation very seriously and it could not work out better in my opinion. I really do wish the best for him and his shop and have already began planning our next trip out for more of his artwork!

Best. Tattoos. Ever. Been there twice, for both of my tattoos. Everyone working there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, they are damn good artists. Marc did both of my tattoos, and they are spectacular. Everyone who sees them compliments me on how cool they look. He has a really unique style and if you're looking for a hella unique color tattoo, he's your man. Josiah is an amazing artist, I've been in the shop while he's been tattooing and the stuff he does is spectacular. I've seen a couple of tattoos by Noah and they are wicked. Same goes for Albert.

All in all, awesome shop, artists are great, friendly atmosphere, fabulous artwork, and cheaper than blue lotus. Also, they aren't assholes which is a breath of fresh air, cough cough blue lotus cough cough.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The atmosphere is inviting, and all of the artists are friendly and helpful. Noah did a large rib piece for me. He made me feel comfortable and his work surpassed all of my expectations. It took 2 sessions to finish the tattoo. Noah was flexible, kind, and fairly priced. I will absolutely schedule all future tattoos with him. He is talented beyond belief. I would recommend him to everyone.

I absolutely love this place. I went in for a tattoo there about a year ago after having a few not so fantastic experiences at Blue Lotus, and I swear I will never go anywhere else. The customer services there is excellent; everyone is very nice and enjoyable to interact with. On top of that they do amazing work. Josiah has done two of my tattoos and counting and I am always blown away. It is also very easy to see that the other artists there are phenomenal as well. I highly recommend Colt's Timeless Tattoos; it's a great experience all around.
