Walked in just to look at the shop and jewelry options before making an appointment for a helix piercing, and they were able to fit us in within an hour. Staff was very friendly, answered lots of questions, and helped us pick out the perfect jewelry. Jamie did an amazing job with the piercing and kept my wife informed of what he was doing and why every step of the process. Practically painless execution and aftercare instructions were given clearly in person, as well as in print. Will definitely return for the other ear, and other planned piercings!

I've had 4 piercings done by Jason. Would recommend to anyone. He's professional but very easy to talk to. Piercings are quick and as painless as possible.

I had a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment and was given a thorough overview for how to prepare for my piercing. When I went in, Jeremy helped me figure out what would fit my ear anatomy best and gave recommendations on what would achieve my desired look. The piercing itself went smoothly and quickly. Would highly recommend.

Jason pierced my girls ears yesterday - and he was so great - so patient and kind with them (ages 7, 9). They had wanted to get their ears pierced and was so excited - until the moment it actually came to pierce them at which point my older daughter was hysterical and scared. Jason talked to her calmly and I was 100% sure we’d walk out of there and everyone there would be mad at us - but instead Jason made both me and my daughter feel comfortable - and would have been super nice and pleasant even if it didn’t happen and we had ended up wasting their time. Luckily he was able to talk the girls down - and even though it took 1.5 hours (when it should have taken 30 minutes), we left the place with 2 ecstatic girls with their new earrings.

My partner and I got our ears pierced by Jason and had a wonderful experience. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for us two beginners. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

This was our third or fourth time taking a family member to get ears pierced. As always, staff was friendly and communicative. Joey, who did the piercing, explained everything in total detail to my 10-year-old daughter with a focus on making sure she knew she could change her mind and say no to any step at any time. He was very friendly and very talkative which I think helped my daughter relax. It was a great experience and I highly recommend.

My 14 yo daughter had to get a re'pierce on her right ear due to it never healing fully, then getting infected, then closing. Originally, my daughter went to a studio in Portland with my sister and niece for a group birthday piercing. 🎉
ANYWAYS, we had a lovely talk the day before with the scheduler. She was like, no big deal, etc. We were able to bring the previous earring, which they ran through the autoclave. ✅
Chuck was the piercer. She was so chill and relaxed and really talked my daughter through the process of re'piercing and recoup and all that. 😍 She and I chatted about how when we were girls everyone went to the mall and used the piercing guns, etc. She said people still do (my shock). 😳
My daughter said the needle hurt more than previously, but that was the worst bit. Quite an opposite experience than in Portland!!! On our way to lunch, we think it might have been more painful because of it not healing fully the first time, plus the infection, plus the closure. ❓
Anyways, we were overall THRILLED with the experience. My daughter even mentioned, if she were to get a tattoo, it'd be there. That's hella huge praise from a teenager. 😆😂🤣

Went in today as a walk in to get my doubles pierced on my ear lobes. I got to be pierced by Jason and he was amazing! He really made me feel valued as a client and really listened to my input when deciding the placement, the jewelry, etc. He, and everyone I encountered, were so so kind through out the whole time I was there. I was really impressed with how clean and sterile the process was, every step of it was a breeze! Also, it was my first time getting pierced by a needle instead of a piercing gun, and I could barely feel it! Really smooth and almost entirely pain free. My ear swelling and redness went down so fast, this picture is only about two hours after the piercing. I love the way they turned out and I’m already itching to make an appointment to come back because of how well they blew me away!

I wish I could give this place all the stars. They're professional, clean, and somehow a great value too! I got my lobes pierced and I loved the service so much that when I went back to downsize the jewelry I got a helix piercing. No pain afterwards, plenty of care support.

The entire piercing staff was so helpful and caring! I came here for a jewelry change, and received a ton of time and attention to make sure that I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Awesome experience!
