Love this place, been coming for years. Both for tattoos & piercings. Very thrown off by a rude girl at the front this weekend. Long brown hair. Super condescending & patronizing when I was asking what I feel were super simple questions. Freaked out when I touched my nose piercing to show her the back, then asked for me to move my nose piercing to see the back 🤯
If I hadn’t know this place was great I would 100% not come back.

My sis in law and I got matching tattoos while in the area for New Year's Day and was collaborating with Alan beforehand. What a great place and such amazing wonderful staff!! Very neat and clean! Art filled environment! Great selection of jewelry!! Love the vibes!! Hands down one of the best shops I've been to!!! If ever we are in seattle again i would come back for a bigger piece! Thanks Alan for your awesomeness!!

Called to talk about getting my son a tattoo in honor of his grandfathers passing.
Introduced myself and asked who I was speaking with so if I sent my son there he would know who to speak with.
Guy wouldn’t give me his name and just kept repeating that “this is Pierced Hearts”.
I said if you can’t give me a name I will look somewhere else and he said okay and hung up.
Seems they think very highly of themselves.

Cory was absolutely amazing!!! He made me feel so comfortable and kept me well informed through the whole process. The gentleman at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. I’ve been looking for a place where they make you feel completely comfortable especially when it’s out of your normal element. I have no piercings or tattoos and this place just made me feel like I was in good hands. I came all the way for Colorado because they had such high reviews. I’d highly recommend Cory and the staff here.

I got a triple flat piercing in my ear and the staff were very professional and supportive. They were very patient while I picked out my jewelry. They wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The piercer, Jason, takes pride in his work and wants to place the piece exactly how you want it but also where he thinks it will look best. He offered many other ideas just to make sure I knew all my options. He explained the process so I knew what to expect and was very relaxed. They use quality jewelry and everything was clean and sterilized. I was able to take my time afterwards just to make sure I was feeling 100% before walking out. I appreciate their no-rush attitude and pride in their work, wanting the customer to be 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

The actual piercing experience was amazing. Was told if I had any additional questions to email then over and they would get back to me in about a day. So far have emailed twice, and been waiting almost 2 weeks for a reply.
If you are local to the shop and its an easy stop in they are amazing, not so great if you have odd work schedule or are further away and need answers

I've had 6 piercings in my life, 2 as an infant, and 4 in adulthood, and Pierced Hearts is the only place I trust now to get my piercings done. If you're reading this and thinking about getting your or your child's piercings done by a place that uses a piercing gun -- PLEASE DON'T. My piercings from infanthood still get infected, and I cannot wear any jewelry in those holes. It simply is not worth the physical pain. My piercings from Pierced Hearts have all healed SO CLEANLY, I couldn't believe how easy it was to take care of them! Staff are super friendly and professional, and if you're nervous, they'll put you right at ease. They know their stuff!
