Got a conch piercing 5 years ago, the guy (Jeremy I think..) recommended it, the piercing barely hurt (& I’m super sensitive to pain) the healing process wasn’t that bad, couldn’t sleep comfortably on my right side for awhile but that’s with any new piercing. He seemed very knowledgeable & great at his job so did everyone else who worked there. Totally recommend

10/10 would recommend Pierced Hearts.

My partner and I had a jewelry change appointment scheduled for her yesterday at a different piercing shop (I'll refrain from exposing them). We had paid the appointment deposit but upon arrival they asked how long ago the piercing was done (5 months ago) and sent us away without even looking at the piercing and how healed it was. It wasn't the fact that they said no, but HOW they said no that left a bad taste. There was no offer to inspect the piercing, get a different new piercing instead, or give some education on the healing process of piercings.

My partner and I were both bummed since we had been looking forward to this, and based our 1 day off together around this appointment. I called Pierced Hearts to see if they accept walk-ins, and talking to Zack on the phone was a breath of fresh air. He empathized, explained some about the healing process and why timing is important, and told us we could walk in and have a piercer take a look to see if the piercing was ready.

Frankie performed the jewelry change, was both kind and professional, and helped us completely redeem our day! Connor was awesome as well. Whoever's in charge of the payroll, get these homies a raise ASAP!

I came in a month or so ago to replace my nostril piercing that fell out and the staff were very kind and helpful, and worked hard to find me the right piece. She (I don’t remember her name, sorry) assured me that this new one wouldn’t fall out and it hasn’t! I was also a walk-in and they were able to serve me within a few minutes! Prices were not too bad compared to other nearby shops like Deep Roots. Im gonna be coming back in January for a jewelry change!

Have been here twice, always have the highest quality earrings. I did a lot of research before picking a place to get my nose ring several years ago and settled on Pierced Hearts. I’ve never had an infection or any issues with their piercings.

I was debating leaving a review but I think it's important to be transparent for the shop to learn and do better for future customers. I am new to the area and was looking up shops to get my rook jewelry replaced. I have had the piercing for over 3 years and was in need of different jewelry. Since the piercing is in a difficult spot, I was also needing the piercer to change the jewelry for me. After combing through Google, I stumbled across Pierced Hearts and loved that they had so many 5 star reviews. I called ahead and filled out necessary jewelry changing paperwork. When I got to the shop, I picked out a very basic piece and it was put in by Cory. I was anticipating paying close to $50 but after everything it was well over $75. Not even 3 days later, the ball came loose and fell out. I called the shop again and was told it would be $8 to replace and that I could come in whenever. When I got to the shop it was super busy and the staff was nice enough to squeeze me in. Price was not discussed before I was taken back and Jasper was able to ensure the piece was secured tightly. I then went to the front where I was told my total was $33. I was shocked but felt cornered to pay since the service had already been completed. I spent a lot of money for not even getting an actual piercing. It's important to note that the piercers were great and the shop's atmosphere was fantastic. I just felt super blindsided by the price and having to go back multiple times for the same issue was not ideal.

I appreciate you taking the time to read my review. I did want to note that when the person who was ringing me up who told me the total they were also the one who quoted me $8 over the phone. When they realized they made the mistake they apologized but I was still left in the awkward position of already having the service done and not wanting to cause a scene by arguing with the price. I did say "didn't you say it was $8??" so if the mistake should have been rectified the price that I was quoted should have been honored. I left pretty upset that I spent over $100 and made 2 trips in less than 3 days to the shop for very basic titanium jewelry and did not even get pieced. I've had a total of five piercings done (by two piercers) at Pierced Hearts, and have had an exceptional experience every time. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable space, and kind staff that will answer any question.

Excellent shop! I got my ear piercings here and they turned out great. All of the jewelry is body safe and their advice was spot-on. I would recommend this spot to any one who wants piercings.

I was actually referred here by a different piercer, and I’m glad I went! Not only were they able to get me in the same day, but the piercer, Jason, as well as the front associates, were incredibly kind and welcoming! I have severe anxiety and felt very comforted here, and my new piercing feels and looks great!
