I got a nose piercing done yesterday and I was super nervous at first. Jaime (my piercer) helped me feel relaxed and reassured me the whole time. He explained the entire process as he was doing it. The piercing was quick and easy and I am SO happy I went. They also had a great selection of nose studs to chose from. I highly recommend Pierced Hearts for all your piercing needs!!!

I’ve been pierced by Jason and Chuck, and they were both wonderful! I sat with Jason asking questions before getting pierced for at least a half hour, and asked Chuck a load of questions beforehand as well. They both answered with such care, never made me feel rushed at all, and generally made me feel like they really cared about me being happy with my piercing. I’m a trans man and was getting my nipples pierced, so I was super nervous but they used super inclusive language and were just generally very kind and welcoming. It’s been about a month and I love my piercings so much. Thank you!!!

Walked in for ear piercing and they were so helpful and thorough! They explained everything really clearly and walked me through the procedure before. The piercer (Chuck) was so kind and did an amazing job. Great selection of jewelry and reasonable prices. Super clean and vigilant about mask wearing too. Highly recommend!

After seriously researching for the best rated ear piercing location, I finally chose Pierced Hearts. I live in Hawaii but decided to wait till I was back in Seattle just to make sure I had the Best and safest experience. I was truly Blessed to get Jamie as my piercing professional. He was INCREDIBLE and I am ecstatic with my results. It didn’t hurt a bit and he was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the entire process. I felt relaxed immediately with his presence. If I ever decide to do another piercing, I’ll fly back just to make sure I get Jamie again!! I HIGHLY recommend Pierced Hearts and their extremely kind and caring service! 2 friends and I got septum piercings here and it was an awesome experience. Jason was very friendly. He did a great job, explaining everything he was doing to make us less nervous. I hardly felt any pain during the piercing. I would recommend Jason and this place to everyone!

Did an excellent job on my nose piercing! Love the aesthetic of this place, metal was playing the entire time, tons of cool trinkets were spread around the store - and my piercer and I had an excellent conversation! I will absolutely be back!

For the piercing itself, the prices were reasonable and the jewelry selection was vast!

So professional and kind! The person at the front desk was the sweetest and so helpful with no judgement whatsoever. Needed a cartilage removed , took two seconds with no pain, and wanted to get nipple piercings. I apologize, but I don’t remember the name of the guy who pierced me, but he was completely professional and made me laugh to ease the anxiety of being bare chested and about to have stakes put through my sensitive areas lol. 10/10 recommend , so clean and professional :) Amazing jewelry selection too

Walked in on a Wednesday to talk to someone about getting a tattoo. I was greeted by Joe. He was nice and made me an appointment for the following Monday. Tattoo time rolls around. The sketch, and size was perfect. Joe was very kind and made the whole process so easy. The shop very clean and I will definitely be going back for more work!
