Loved my experience there. I was in and out very clean, very friendly, and professional. And the customer serves was on point. I definitely see myself coming back.

Overall, piercers are respectful and helpful. They get you in and out of the shop efficiently. However, they will pierce even if you do not the anatomy for the piercing. An industrial pierced here had to be removed because it pushed on the middle of the ear. If anatomy was considered, the piercing wouldn’t have been done. The jewelry here is externally threaded surgical steel, which is not necessarily good quality. Quality jewelry types are gold or implant grade titanium, and internally threaded.
I wouldn’t trust this place if you want jewelry quality, or an anatomy dependent piercing such as an industrial. However, I do go here because I don’t react poorly to steel, and I already know what I can and can’t get based on my ear’s anatomy.

got my nose pierced and the jewelry they used was too big and the post would constantly stick out of my nose which is horrible for the healing process

Every single experience I've had here whether it's getting a tattoo done by Abel or a piercing done by one of the folks in the back has been awesome. Super kind people, very straightforward with you if you're willing to listen, and awesome attitudes. I've never had an issue here personally and I would highly recommend this place for anyone's first piercing especially. I'd gotten my ears pierced at Claire's as a kid twice, but when I was old enough to go here I got them done properly for the first time and loved them. Ian, Charlotte, and Jason are the funniest people ever and they super comforting to talk to when you're getting a piercing done properly for the first time.

Friendly, helpful, smiling faces from the front desk right on through the building. My inside wrist tattoo was a breeze. I expected more pain than it was. It is exactly what I invisioned. I couldn't be happier. I have about 3 more at least for him to do. Chris is fantastic.

I got my tongue pierced two days ago. Not even within two hours, my entire mouth started going numb, not just my tongue. I didn’t think anything of it at first cause I figured it was due to the swelling. I wake up yesterday on February 16th & I can’t talk, my tongue is throbbing and my whole mouth is even more numb than before. Not to mention, the piercing was extremely crooked. I ended up going to the doctor and I had to take it out because of NERVE DAMAGE. I know you’re supposed to go somewhat fast with a piercing so it doesn’t hurt too bad, but the man who pierced me went way too quick and didn’t pay attention. So now I have a permanent lisp due to lack of attention and I am very very insecure to speak now. I do not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this place! They answered promptly when I called with questions, ensured appropriate precautions and social distancing, so I felt they prioritized client safety and cleanliness, and they got me in - gave me my piercings and aftercare instructions and got me out in a timely manner. Ian was an incredibly professional artist, he was kind, and obviously skilled. I will definitely go back to this shop the next time I want something done!

An absolutely stellar shop! I loved how many artists were there, how friendly everyone was, how each artists stations had their own personalities and what sold me most is just how communicative, efficient and talented they all are. 10/10 would recommend
