I was scared to go here because every time I drove by it was a long line. Well I didn't have to wait long. Across the street there is another tattoo shop (nothing against them) but I'm like why would people choose to wait in line when there's a shop right there? I figured it must be worth the wait. It was. I got my septum done. It was quick and painless. Way less painful than my nostril! The piercer took extra precautions to make sure he wasn't piercing through my cartilage. I would recommend.

I’m happy with my piercing but not my experience. As I can tell it seems I’m not the only one who experienced unprofessionalism. They were nice in the beginning but then their tone switched when I asked to switch my septum ring out. Just very uncomfortable, I understand work can be frustrating but it’s not a good look to be rude to your customers.

Went here for piercings and wasn’t sure where I want it on my ears. The piercer got irritated after just two redraws and forcefully wiped my ears. I apologized for being indecisive and she responded “it’s your piercings so I want you to be happy with them,” yet clearly she was giving me an attitude and a hard time. I didn’t want to say anything fearing that she might screw up my ears. If I pay you $80 this should not be the treatment that I’m receiving.

Piercers are rude and not nice. Would not recommend. I bought jewelry and had them change it and they were not friendly at all to me or my partner (who was getting her nose pierced). Also they made us pay in cash because it was “too difficult” for them to run a card.

The owner is great; other than that, some of the workers are rude and others do a bad job on the inking of a tat. I recommend never going to the Old Head that sits directly behind the front desk. Took my 200$ and did a terrible job. Now I have to wait weeks (2-4) in order for them to touch up, when it only took 3 hours out my life to do. Very, very, very disappointed. But quick to take someone’s money with no problems. Do better!!! I want my money back too. ASAP!

I got my tongue pierced here a couple days ago. They’re very fast but 3 days later and my tongue is infected and I’ve done everything properly. I think with how fast they do it they’re not as cleanly

Did the family day. Rev Bob was our artist and he was the bomb! It was my hubby's 1st time, yes a virgin at 51and he handled it like a pro. If planning anything elaborate I do recommend you go, watch some of the artists, then make an appointment with them. This is 1 busy tattoo parlor and the sign up sheet and wait can be very lengthy. Course that means you know you are at the place to be...see you there soon!
