I'd rate 10 stars if I could! The shop is beautiful, pristine and inviting. The artists here are beyond talented and really take the time to create a masterpiece for you! I went to Jenn with a little sketch of what I wanted and she turned it into a beautiful and complete work of art. I absolutely love her creative vision, unique style, and use of color! I get so many compliments from people who are amazed at the level of detail and vibrancy of color. I've also had two done by Matt (Skinny) in the past, and he is a perfectionist in the best kind of way! He put as much time and care into drawing up my piece as he did putting it on me, and it turned out more beautiful than I could've envisioned! Whichever artist you go to, you are in excellent hands. I can't recommend them strongly enough, and I can't wait to go back for another tattoo!

Every single artist is crazy-talented, the shop is beautiful and clean, and everyone is friendly (definitely don’t make you feel intimidated or out of place...unlike a lot of other shops in the area). I’ve recommended them more times than I can count, and most of my Charlotte friends have some kind of ink from them, and I’ve got multiple pieces from Jason myself!

Made to last is by far the best tattoo studio in Charlotte. The artists & management are friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you walk out happy. The establishment is clean, well-kept, & filled with beautiful artwork. I have gotten multiple tattoos by several of the artists and couldn’t be more satisfied. Everyone is extremely caring & made me feel like family rather than just another client. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!!!

I honestly cannot sing this shop and every single person that works there, enough praises. I’ve been getting tattooed by Chris for a little over 5 years now and couldn’t have been happier to hear of the shops opening. From the absolute physical beauty, cleanliness, and professionalism to the amazingly talented artists, this is by far the best shop I’ve ever had the privilege of getting tattooed in. I have had multiple pieces done throughout the years and honestly I always leave thinking the last one is my favorite until I’m in getting a new one:) Not only does the work always exceed my expectations, but the customer service is truly flawless. Brandon always makes sure my appointments go without error and runs that shop like no other. Although my work has been primarily from Chris Stuart, I would trust any of the artists there, as they are one of a kind. I chose Made to Last Tattoo for my first tattoo and had Brian Leebrick as my artist. This was an absolutely amazing experience! I felt so comfortable in the shop and with Brian. He took my ideas and brought them to life. I was extremely nervous because I wasn’t sure how it would feel or what it would be like since it was my first tattoo. Brian made sure I stayed calm and was comfortable with getting started and throughout the whole process. My tattoo was everything I wanted and more. Will definitely be going back to Made to Last and Brian for my next tattoo!!

These guys are the real deal. I took my boy here to get an Eagles tattoo to celebrate their super bowl victory. These guys are professionals. I called and spoke with Brandon and told him the details, then emailed them a rough picture of what he wanted. Luckily, they were able to get us in and Chris took the idea tweaked it, resized it a bit, and placed it perfectly. He transformed it into a living piece of art. This was definitely a situation were his skills were far and above what was needed for this basic tattoo, and yet he happily did it and made it look amazing, unlike some shops that want to condescend some customers, especially first-timers like us. I have been in and out of a few tattoo shops over the years, and these guys shatter expectations. The customer service is top notch, it's well run and organized, clean, beautiful shop, the equipment(tables,chairs, arm rests) is clean and well-kept, well lit, professional, knowledgeable, courteous staff and artists. The whole environment is refreshing and I feel like this is the cream of the crop. If youre covered in tattoos and want another high quality piece, or a first-timer like us that wants a good experience, or you're just tired of the dingy tattoo places that seem to pop up everywhere, come here. Their name really says it all, and I will be recommending everyone to these guys. Thanks for everything and much success to you guys, you're setting the gold standard.

Got tattooed by Brian Leebrick and absolutely loved it. This is my second tattoo from him and the third overall shop that I have gotten work done at. It is clean and welcoming environment that is incredibly professional and personal. If you are looking for solid work in the charlotte area, this is the place to be.

One of the most professional tattoo establishments I've ever been to. The decor, cleanliness, and accommodations are all top notch. The talent housed in this establishment for quality tattoo work is astonishing. You can't go wrong with any tattoo or any tattoo artist here. Go get your ink!
