I love my tattoo! The staff was awesome in helping me to work through my design and make it absolutely what I wanted. This facility is clean and everyone is so nice. The person before me had a personal issue during the process, and the staff was quick to step in, help, and make her comfortable. I was given a fair price, and my artist, Jay, was the best! I highly recommend these guys.

This tattoo shop is awesome! They have awesome friendly service. You can just go sit back and relax! The shop is super clean and neat. It's just a chill place.Terry Dutra is an amazing Artist! He's the best tattoo artist I've seen in this neck of the woods! I took him an idea and he made it my own! I already had good expectations when I went to get my SECOND tattoo from him. Boy did he go above and beyond with my (already great) expectations! His work is just amazing! I have two tattoos by him, and already plan on a third in the fall!

Last week, my fiance' and I were vacationing in Florida (from Louisiana) and, since I've been wanting a tattoo, did some research and found Custom Concepts Tattoo & Design. It had such great reviews, so we decided this was the place. Terry is amazing! My tattoo is better than I ever dreamed! The level of detail is insane! Thank you so much for making my first experience so awesome! You are truly talented! Who knew I would have to go all the way to Florida to get this awesome piece of art on my arm! After a good amount of digging and research on a good place to get a tattoo, I finally found this establishment. I love this place because the atmosphere and the artists are great. Terry Dutra made the experience getting my first tattoo amazing. He bought me a coffee and pizza the first time around (in early Feb).. What more could I ask for for a comfortable experience? He's really passionate about his work which ultimately makes his art absolutely stunning! Based on returning here for a month now, I've gathered that the artists will most definitely give you bang for your buck. If you don't mind a little wait for these great guys to put ink on you, then this is the place to be. I will definitely be a returning customer!
