Absolutely love this shop. The atmosphere and the people in it make you feel like you’re at a home away from home. Can’t wait to get back in with my guy Nick Holt to get my last piece finished up and my next one started. 100/10 recommend heading on into this shop. Between the artist there you can definitely find a style you are looking for.

Tried my luck with a walk in appointment the day before I was leaving to head back to NJ. I was lucky that Sandra had a slot open to tattoo me! All I can say is she’s easy to work with, knowledgeable and an awesome tattooist. This is my tattoo 1 day later. Love it! Thanks Sandra! Hopefully I’ll see ya next year on vacation for another one!

Nick Holt is an amazing artist. I have had many tattoo artists over the years, and Nick is my favorite of all time. Both a great artist and a great professional. The second tattoo I got with him was the best tattoo experience I have had. The position I originally was in for the tattoo was making my ears ring so it was making me physically very reactive to the process. Nick helped me find a position that was much more comfortable for me, even if it wasn't necessarily the most comfortable position for him to sit. He's light-handed and fast, and the work itself is also gorgeous. He loves color tattoos and I will be booking him in the future for my tattoos.

I came to Destin from Tennessee for my brothers wedding. My sister and I decided to go get tats and this is the one of many that popped up. BEST TATTOO SHOP EVER!!! Hands down!! Sandi was the one who did my tattoo. the shop was very clean comfortable and welcoming. The art work is amazing!! She’s such a sweet very respectful talented woman!! Go check them out!! Awesome staff, awesome artwork! I was in town on vacation and decided i needed a new tattoo. Went in on Thursday night but waited too late. Terry, the owner, said how about 11am? They don’t open until 1pm. He came in 2 hours early to tattoo a tourist! Did a magnificent job with the design i asked for and KILLED it! Thank you for the artwork and the conversation during the process!

I’m an old guy always looking for an ‘experience’. My son and I went in to do the $100 mystery tattoo. He got a tastily funky one. I let Sandra (artist) decide what she thought would be cool and surprise me when it’s done. Long story short, I got an angry bunny, yellow fangs and all on the inside of my forearm and love it!! Some folks love themed sleeves and I do too but for me I like each of my tattoos to have a little story and this one has a good one!!

The best of the best. Terry, Nick, and the rest of the staff do incredible work. They are more than happy to talk with you about the piece you are considering, and the art is on point. The shop is very clean, in an excellent location, and the prices are fair. If you want quality work, in an awesome shop, go to Custom Concepts. These guys really know what they are doing.

We were vacationing in Florida and went in to see if 7 of us could get a tattoo. Sandra and Nick both did amazing work! I absolutely LOVE the Philippians 4:13 I got next to a cross I already had on my foot. Nick was so fast at doing it, and it looked amazing! Would definitely recommend this place, and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll go again ♥️

My husband and I are in Destin for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we decided to get matching tattoos to celebrate. Sandra was our artist and she did a great job, she was knowledgeable and accommodating while we decided on size and placement, and genuinely good company during the tattoo.
