Daughter wanted ear piercing last minute so called Powers and very accommodating and receptionist very professional and fun! Mel does an amazing job of explaining and great selection of jewelry. Very clean and artwork is awesome!! Only place for us!!

Went in for piercings today (specifically my second and third on each lobe), Mel was awesome! She made sure that each side was as symmetric as possible and checked with me each time, it made me comfortable knowing that she was trying to make sure I would be as happy with the placement as possible. The process was smooth and she was clear with the aftercare steps. Definitely recommend and will be back!

They pierced both my nose and cartilage crooked. Had to take out my cartilage because of how bad it was. Got my snake bites done and both fell off in my sleep not even 5 hours after because the piercer didn’t screw the beads on all the way, they were super nice so I was hoping they would give me direction on what to do but they didn’t seem to care when I told them, and acted like it was a normal thing. Would not recommend for piercings

I was super nervous about getting my nose pierced because of my extreme fear of needles. Mel explained the process to me step by step and helped me feel calm and relaxed.
