My daughter and I had appointments for nose piercings. The shop was clean, welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. Mel did a great job talking us through the process and entertaining my daughter and her friend while we were getting pierced. They were both in awe of how "cool" the place is, and I've already been told I'm taking my daughter back there for a tattoo when she's ready. Walking into this shop my friends and I were greeted at the front desk and within a couple minutes we were walking back with Samantha to get our brand new piercings! Her energy was very welcoming, she helped calm my nerves. Samantha has a lot of knowledge when it comes to all kinds of piercings and jewelry and I never once felt rushed asking questions.
She was very professional and everything was clean. I felt comfortable with her and so did my friends. My piercings were easy and they are exactly what I wanted.
If I get another piercing I will go back to Sam and I will be recommending her in the future.
