I’ve seen Mel twice for ear piercing and she is awesome. Knowledge and experience and isn’t afraid to say if she thinks something won’t look right. Had to go in and have a recent piercing replaced with a longer bar. The piercing was angry and I expected it to be extremely painful
To get the old one out and new one in, and it was a piece of cake.
I will continue to see her for any of my piercing needs in the future!

I'd been looking forever to find someone in tri cities to pierce my under tongue web and this is only place I could find that was able to do it. I first went to Mel to get my Medusa piercing changed out, she professionally informed me that my bar was fat too long and took care of me from there on out! Their new shop is spotless with an awesome esthetic, they really brought their dreams to life. Ian recently did my mermaid tattoo for me and I am so pleased and happy with the results, I booked my next tattoo before I left!
