Blue Horseshoe Tattoo and Piercing

I got my second hole pierced 2 weeks ago and today my earring snapped in half inside my ear! I went to buy a new earring and they didn’t even have the same one! I asked for 2 of the same one and she said she gave me the last one! The lady at the front was not accommodating and this SHOULD NOT be happening! My surgical steal earrings should not be literally breaking in half!! I paid my $10.60 for 1 earring and she said my 40 cents would have to be in penny's because that’s all they had! Absolutely the worst place I’ve been too and will not be back!

I had a great day with Zach today!!! He did a great job today!!! He made me feel comfortable. He had a last minute cancellation and I was a walk in and he took me no problems! He took an idea I gave him and improved it!! I'm so happy with the tattoo I received. Also receive peircings here as well and had a great service

They always have fantastic service here. I will never go another place for piercings or tattoos. Everyone is super nice! New smoke shop is so cute

This place was great. Super nice staff. I was nervous about getting my nose piercing, but it didn't hurt at all!! The guy "Biscuit" who did my piercing put me at ease. It was quick and painless. Awesome place.

Went to blue horseshoe today for a nose piercing and WOW!!!! such professionalism and one of the cleanest shops I have seen. Julia, the piercer, was AMAZING!! From the moment I called until I showed up was such a pleasure to work with. Explained everything and was just 110% amazing. Will recommend to everyone and will be back for more work!! Thank you!!!

I have always had an immaculate experience at the blue horseshoe tattoo. Every staff member is attentive and gives the best customer experience. 10/10 get your tattoos and piercings here.

I came one two separate occasions with two separate friends and they both ended up waiting over an hour for the service. It’s really hard to understand their no return policy when they make you wait an hour for a simple nose piercing.

Two stars because the staff is nice and the place is clean.

The problem is they do not make appointments. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. No matter what time of day you call or go there is always a wait. You would think they would make appointments to handle business but they don’t. Choose someplace else to get your piercings done. You’ll actually get them done instead of waiting for nothing. I went and there were 2 people waiting, sat for almost 45 minutes and no one came out. You never saw the piercer take a person back or come out to get someone.

I made an appointment with Geo da Vinci after looking at his portfolio and payed $100 deposit.. I told him that this would take some time because I was going to design a tattoo that is dedicated to the 31 years of naval service that I just finished and I needed ideas from him as the “artist “. I didn't hear from him again until the day before our appointment after I text him. He set me an idea based on what I told him and I told him I didn't like that design so we talked about a couple different designs again and set up an appointment for 2 weeks later and again I didn't hear from him until the day before the appointment AFTER I texted him again.. When he told me he didn't have any designs drawn up. The sad part was he told me that we had to cancel our appointment anyways because he switched his hours around and wouldn't be able to make our appointment, this was the day before the appointment. I sent him many pictures of exactly what I wanted He told me that I was being too precise and he probably wasn't the person to tattoo me. What this really came down to is he didn't want to erase a few lines On an Internet picture that he downloaded and quit on me. I would not recommend them to anyone that has a very detailed or precise design or requires help to figure out what they want. They were quick to take my $100 deposit but very slow to figure out what I actually wanted. I would not expect this of professionals. Luckily I don't have to get the tattoo in a certain amount of time so I can take my time and find the true professionals that will care about what the customer wants.

I went here for my first cartilage piercing, a helix regular not a forward helix. The workers were a little rude but most of them were nice. The piercing was quick, 5/10 on the pain scale. It has been a month and one day sense I’ve got my helix done and my piercing now has an infection which leaves me in tears. Not necessarily their fault but still a great place to get a piercing, over all not to bad of a price as well. Oh and the wait was horrible it was about 2-3hour wait got there at 5 left at 6:30-7ish
