I’ve gotten many tattoos here but the ever changing staff make it hard to find an artist you can come back to. I tried to make a tattoo appt. with a new artist since mine keep relocating and was instructed to Instagram dm them. 2 messages, a shop visit, phone call and 3 weeks later I still haven’t been contacted. When I called I was told they’d let the artist know to contact me and still no thing. I’ve decided to take my ( years of) business elsewhere since the service has gone downhill.

It's just ok now to me but I only went for piercings which were great and professionally done PRECOVID thanks to Ashley but now no more 15 dollar piercings so BOOO! and to go from $15 to 60 70 dollars?!? How? And Why such an increase? Dont even blame inflation

I went to Blue Horse the other day and this was the best tattoo shop I have been to in Virginia Beach. I have been to about 6 other shops within the last 3 years and everything about this shop has been great. The hospitality when I walked in was great. I had a little wait so me and my 2 friends played pool in the mean time. We had 3 small tattoos that needed to be done and we were out within 30 minutes once the first tattoo started. I definitely will be back.

Went and got my navel pierced before New years and forgot to write a review. Went in when they were doing new renovations but other than that the first impression was good. They were a little busy but got in and out within a good time. I forget my piercers name, but he was really nice and helped me relax when I was getting it done. Had to come back with a few days due to me not knowing if my body was rejecting the piercing and he gave me a longer bar to help with the healing process and gave me instructions for a salt water treatment due to the irritation. You dont realize how much u get hit in a certain area until u got a hole there. Will definitely come back for more body piercings and possibly a tattoo at some point.

Got my jewelry changed quick and painlessly followed up by a great little treat in the new smoke shop. The employees were friendly and informative. I highly recommend stopping by for a visit. Friendly staff, lots of stuff to choose from and a clean relaxed environment.

I recently got tattooed there by Chessa. I originally saw her work on Instagram, thought her tattoos were beautiful and I could trust her to do my next piece. I'm a people pleaser and hate having to complain about being unsatisfied but this tattoo was very important to me. I was getting a tattoo to cover some scars on my wrist, originally when the tattoo was done I was happy to see my scars covered, but when I got home and took a closer look I noticed so many flaws. The tattoos lines look scratchy, the lines also look very wobbly, majority of the circles aren't the same size or circular, not to mention there's a circle not even attached to the heart, the black isn't solid or to the line, the shading around the heart looks so bad literally one side of the heart looks darker than the other. I'm just very disappointed and sad about the outcome.
