Logan fixed my tattoo that was originally poorly done at a tattoo festival. He was awesome and did a fantastic job! Finally happy with my tattoo! Otherwise, the entire staff is friendly, the studio is clean and has a really comfortable atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Really loved getting my ears pierced by Heather! It was my first piercing. She is nice and easy to talk to and professional and I felt comfortable with the safety protocols seeing as coronavirus is going on. I'll go back here for any potential future work.

I made a reservation a month in advance, and when I showed up my appointment wasn't in the system. We were handed off to the apprentice artist and the whole thing took way longer than we expected because they were supposed open at noon but weren't ready to go until 12:45. Aside from that, the artist was very friendly and accommodating, and the tattoos look great.

For two years in a row I have gone to JBird @ Folk City for my tattoos.
There is often a wait to get in to see him, but it is well worth it. The experience has always been excellent, his skill and willingness to help you sketch up the perfect piece of art, followed by equal skill and attention to detail during the ink and shade.
Great conversation during the session which makes it go by fast. I'm already thinking about my next! Might even have him advise on a cover up for a 25+ year old cherub, or ugly baby (as my wife calls it).

By far the best tattoo shop! Matt Williams was very nice and very detailed in answering all of my questions. Mike Cann is awesome too. Would recommend them both. I have other tattoos that were not done at Folk City, but being tattooed at Folk City was awesome! Very clean and professional.
