So when you tell a potential customer, who said they could come immediately, to wait 30 minutes before showing up...that's an appointment.
So to my surprise, when I showed up, I was told some walk-ins had come in, and I could go after them, maybe an hour or so. I can understand having to wait if a previous session goes longer than expected. But don't give me a time to show up, and then expect me to wait for people who just showed up.
I can't speak to this shop's quality, but I've heard and read great things. But poor business practices are poor business practices.
