I went here for my first tattoo, from out of town, after seeing Maddie's work. From the online consultation to the actual visit she was friendly and professional. Like others have said the space is also very cool. Sure enough the artwork was very impressive and exactly what I had hoped for. I'll be back for more!

I set up a half hour consultation with Fabio on Sat . I arrived for my appointment, waited 50 minutes for no one to show up. Maddie did apologize and tried to reach out to see what happened ( in between her clients) I showed her my email and text message saying the consultation was still on. I was referred to Raventhorn Manor. I can’t say how the tattoo would have been since my consultation didn’t happen. It would have been nice to receive a text, email or call saying the consultation had to be cancelled. Something other than a no show.

This place was amazing! I came in for a cover up tattoo. My tattoo artist Fabio completely exceeded my expectations! My tattoo has so much detail and complements my body. He was able to completely cover my previous tattoo! This is by far the most impressive piece of artwork on my body!

I was looking for someone to do my neck tattoo and kept scrolling through all the shops in slc/utah and couldn't find work that really stood out for such an important piece till I stumbled upon hans serpa on Instagram. I saw his work and instantly knew I had to get something from him. His work isn't just tattooing it's art that feels and is so unique. I get compliments almost every where I go (even from the boomers) lol He is very professional with the way he works with you and explains why he does what he does and gives you advice for the best healing methods. He is also very clean and makes you feel comfortable you can really trust him. I highly recommend him if you are looking for something that will turn heads he's the man to make it happen! The clerks are also very friendly and very nice ive never had a rude experience there! I added my newest addition in the picture 😊
