I got my tattoo here in April. The quality is amazing and both the staff and the environment was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My one issue is the scheduling. It is understandable to have to wait to get an appointment when everything is booked up, that was not an issue. My problem was after the tattoo was completed, it scabbed heavily even after following the given instructions. I was told to schedule an appointment to come back in, but due to my schedule and their availability, nothing was open. I needed to get in sooner rather than later so I was told I would be called if there was a cancellation. That was back in early May. All I needed was a quick touch up, but now I am stuck with this issue. I want to be able to tell people who did my tattoo, and I will, flaw and all. This is just a precaution for those who are deciding where to spend their money.

My tattoo artist was Ashley H. and she did an AMAZING job. Her attention to detail and the way she did exactly what I wanted has me OBSESSSSED with my tattoo. She has done most of my tattoos. The heart/flowers, dog ears and belle.

I have had few tattoos done at Black Heart Tattoo Collective and I couldn't be happier! I have had many friends use these guys and there are only positive things to say. They really cater to your needs! BHTC doesn't have just have people who tattoo; they have REAL ARTISTS tattooing you. They are by appointment only, which is nice because you can just sit back and relax knowing that you have the artists full attention when they are working on you.
