Can't say enough about tattoo galaxy. Heather pierced my nieces nose and did an outstanding job. Made her feel very relaxed and talked her through the whole experience. Would definitely recommend going to a tattoo galaxy establishment.. I've been getting tattooed by Brian for years and it always a pleasurable experience. Thanks for everything.

Recommend tattoo galaxy Willow Grove store to anyone who is looking to get a tattoo! Brian did amazing work, he is a great tattoo artist! He always made me feel comfortable and made sure throughout the whole time I was ok! This is the second tattoo I have gotten from him, I got a water color tattoo and it looks amazing, very pleased!!!!! Friendly staff and warm environment!!!!! Thanks Brian!!!!!!

This review is of Mike Horn at Tattoo Galaxy in Willow Grove, PA. I cannot express how happy I am with my experience. Mike was great from the start answering all my questions and working with me to create my design. This was a fairly large piece that will require another sitting . He was light handed and was very accommodating to my needs. The amount of detail Mike was able to create was amazing to me. I have several other tattoos that do not compare to the attention to detail he was able to capture. We still have another sitting to go so at that time I will upload pictures to share. Thanks again Mike! I can't wait to be back!

Donel was a fabulous tattoo artist. My daughter and i wanted the same tattoo to memorialize my late daughter. She wanted it to be tiny and mine was larger, but the same. They look great! I was here coming on two years ago now. I was told free touch ups for life. I sat for 5 1/2 hours straight on a Saturday afternoon on July 17th, 2017. When the tattoo was done I paid the man, and went on my way. My tattoo shortly followed all the tell signs of being over worked. I mean it was scabbed, it was bleeding out all the ink. It went from looking like in-depth color of a galaxy Aries the Ram tattoo i wanted to go to "Tattoo Galaxy" for, to what looked like when it was healed a 20yr old tattoo. When I followed up a year later, the owner wasn't there, and a new tattoo artist was there who could not give me a definitive answer on not only i could get a free touch up or not, but if they would take some type of accountability for a botched job. Other than that, he told me he would not touch it because it was not healed all the way, yes even a year later, and he could obviously see it was an overworked tattoo. I even told them i would pay for a touch up as long as they would give me a deal to salvage my left shoulder. I got an email from the new artist a week later who said he spoke with the owner who told him any further work would have to be paid for.

Jay - Piercer. INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, friendly, warm. Re-pierced my belly button and pierced my septum. SUPER clean. Love my piercings and the the experience was incomparable. I will definitely come back here for all of my piercing needs.

I actually accompanied my sister to get her nose pierced over a year ago and then again to get her piercing changed. The environment is peaceful & clean & the customer service is A1! Thinking of getting a piercing there myself.

I walked into the shop with my family in willow Grove and met Floyd. He was very nice and gave me good information and answered all of my questions. I'm 55 years old and was getting my first tattoo, as well the first for my daughter. My two older sons already have tattoos. We all got autism puzzle pieces in support of my youngest son. Tattoos look awesome.......thanks Floyd

Was visiting from NYC and stopped in for tattoos not knowing what to expect and was super happy with the experience! The staff was really nice and welcoming and the prices were so much better then what I'm used to. Brian tattooed my wife and I and did exactly what we asked & was super patient. Definitely coming back next time we're in the area!

Missed appointments overpriced on a large line tattoo that had to be redone on my whole back when my current tattoo artist fixed beautified what Brian destroyed..other tattoo artists there also failed to return calls and keep appointments which is not good business both at Willow Grove and Feasterville. In my opinion you need to focus on getting people in and pleasing them with your tattoo skills because this is your job. Shona does a great job but then again when Your boss is only focused on one or two shops that shorts out the workers. I would not recommend tattoo galaxy to anyone they are clean but that doesn't mean their tattoos are any good.when I saw this happened to my husband also I knew it wasn't just me.
