went in today to get eyebrow and septum pierced by jay and he was the sweetest! I was very scared for my first piercings but they ended up being great. he explained the process to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything, the piercings themselves were relatively painless. will defiantly be back for more! thank you.

Went to Jay today to get a nose and helix piercing and was definitely nervous for my first cartilage piercings! But he was so warm and friendly and put me right at ease. He followed a very sterile technique with the piercings and had the procedures down to a science. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back for earring changes and a couple more piercings :)

Jay did an amazing job with my dermal piercings. Incredibly clean and uses sterile instruments. Very knowledgable and was able to give me detailed information about best practices and how to care for the piercings. I've already recommended him to several other people. Definitely my go to piercer from now on.

I was extremely nervous to get my nose pierced after a bad experience with a belly button piercing 10 years ago (my last one), so I did a ton of research and I’m so glad I landed on Jay. My nerves started to calm immediately upon meeting him. He was super nice and friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and did a great job explaining everything and answered all of my questions. He even gave good advice about the different jewelry options and the pros/cons of the different shapes/sizes. It’s been a few days and my piercing is so far healing really well thanks to his aftercare advice. I will definitely go back to him if I decide to get any other piercings!

Made an appointment with Jay for a nose piercing. Tattoo Galaxy in Willow Grove was bright, clean, and welcoming. Jay came out and welcomed us and he was right on time. I got a nose piercing and Jay was awesome. He talked me through the entire process and it was over before I knew it. He was professional, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend his services. Can't wait to go back for another piercing and my next tattoo.

I walked in requiring about nose piercing. The guy had a horrible attitude at the service desk. I only ask a simple question. He answered very sarcastic. I had my 2 daughters 13yo & 18yo with me. We left there very disappointed and offended. I will never recommend anyone do business with them!!!

I went to Jay to get my nipples pierced last year, and it was such a pleasant experience! He talked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He was meticulous with sterilization and followed CDC recommended guidelines regarding Covid-19. I will be back later this week for an industrial piercing, and I can't wait!

Honestly, I hate this place. I had a bad experience at both their ambler and willow grove locations. I got ear piercings put in at the ambler location and they both fell out after 4 weeks. I got a ring put in at willow grove and it got seriously infected. I then booked an appointment and attempted to cancel but there was no option on their piercer’s website to cancel. Only to book and fill out a release. Finally he called to see if I was coming to the appointment and I explained and he denied and blamed me for not taking care of my piercing and that I did not examine his website thoroughly.

Just don’t want anyone to have to go through all that for 3 poor quality pieces of work. ✌🏼
