Unbelievable artistry!! Jake is amazing. This was my first Tatoo, at 56 I obviously thought about it a long time! Jake was patient and definitely a perfectionist. I had very little pain and redness and his state of the art clear bandage has it healed in a week! Mine is already looking healed in 3 days! Thank you so much!

I came to Jake for my third tattoo down my spine and let me tell you, he did an outstanding job. He is so super detailed oriented and made sure everything was perfect, from living the stencil, to the ink, the lines , and making sure I was comfortable. He actually cares about his art work and his clients. 10 out of 10 would recommend. He also uses Saniderm to help your tattoo heal faster which not many artists carry in their shop. Jake was awesome, can’t wait to go back for my next one !

From the design process all the way to the aftercare of your tattoo, Jake and Liana have it fully dialed in! They helped to re-create what I initially had in mind into a tattoo that turned out to be way better than what I expected. Line work's great and I'm really happy with the overall process! Wrapped up a little over a month ago, it's healed very well and already looking forward to getting another appointment at Snafu!

It’s really difficult to find a tattoo artist who is really good at portrait style tattoos. After seeing some of Jakes work, I decided to give him a shot on some portrait style, extremely detailed, tattoos that I’ve wanted. Jake has since done a few pieces on me and is my go to for any tattoos. I get many compliments on the amount of detail I have on a few of the pieces that Jake has worked on me. Highly recommended.

I love working with him and do not question his recommendations on size, space, color, body part, he knows what’s best - trust me. Cannot get this quality or expertise anywhere else in town. I initially reached out looking for someone who can do some realism and jake was among some of the artist around town who reached out to me. after looking at many artist's work and not seeing a style i liked i felt i wasnt gona find one. as soon as i saw jakes work i knew i found the artist i wanted to work with, since then ive been going to Snafu for alittle over a year now, with multiple sessions. i have a good amount of time in the chair with him and i can tell you without a doubt he is your go to tattoo artist. Extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile for a client. with the help of his wife, the tag team duo is there in this small local place making sure from the first step all the way to post care and follow ups you are happy with the work they have done. i get stopped all the time asking who did my tattoos, so trust me you wont regret getting work done at snafu.

Jake is awesome. He’s an amazing artist, super detail oriented, and really takes his time perfecting your tattoo. He’s a really genuine (and funny) guy and makes sure you’re comfortable from the time you get there until the time you leave. Best shop in town. Very detail oriented. The work Jake does is unreal and he puts a lot of work and thought into his designs and pieces. He gets very into the work he does, which is one of the best parts knowing that the artist is enjoying putting art on your skin rather than other shops that simply want customers to get in and out. Each session has been a great time with an amazing end result. Highly recommend reaching out to the shop if you’re interested in getting work done.

Jake and Liana are both super awesome and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted and actually listened to me. They gave suggestions and really helped me bring what’s in my head into the tattoo that I’ve been wanting for years. I drive 2 hours to get my tattoo and I’d be willing to drive across the country to get more work done by these guys! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Jake is currently tackling a large cover up on my side. I knew going into this that it was going to be a process. He went over everything with me in detail and gave me his honest opinion on realistic options for me and what I wanted. The cover up is coming along perfectly and I can’t wait until my next session. Make sure to check out their social media for promos and appointment openings (shop is normally booked if you want something right away ((a booked shop means happy clients so to me this was a good sign))! Very clean shop and super personable artist!
