I haven't even been able to get a tattoo here because every time I call with an idea, they shut me down over the phone! I wanted a small tattoo on my finger & the receptionist told me that they do not do finger tattoos. A few weeks later a friend of mine posts a photo of a FINGER TATTOO that she got from altered skin. Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't get rejected a SECOND time for an ear tattoo I called about. They have lost my business.

Not sure about the other guys but Brenda, the piercer, is a mixed bag. She's professional and nice enough to meet in person but if you are not totally satisfied with her work, beware. She'll scoff at your complaints, audibly ridicule you, and basically give you an attitude rather than give you patience and advice to alleviate your concerns.
Skilled in piercing I am sure, but vapid and mean if you have questions afterwards.

I came here with an image of how I wanted my tattoo to look and not only did Jay take into consideration what I said, but he improved my idea and made me a beautiful sidepeice. When I was in pain unable to sit anymore, he gave me plenty of breaks and was nothing but patient and kind. I always recommend him!
