Altered Skin Tattoo & Body Piercing

I come to Millz for all my piercing/jewelry needs and refer all my friends to them for a reason! Millz is hands down one of the most professional and gentle piercers I’ve ever come across. Their aftercare instructions are clear and easy to follow and I love the cleaning solution that they sell in shop. My piercings have always healed perfectly and so quick! I’ll forever and always recommend Millz for any and all piercings! Can’t wait for the next one!

I was pierced by Millz on October 18th with my best friend, I had my bridge done and he had his vertical labret. We had such a wonderful experience !!

I had been wanting this piercing in particular for a long time now, and I couldn’t have asked for a better piercer to do it for me. Millz was swift, gentle, knowledgeable, and extremely precise, not wanting to pierce until they were absolutely certain on placement and made sure I was as well as any good piercer should. I was done just as quickly as I had gotten in the chair making for a very efficient appointment which I always appreciate :) I’d heard rumors that Millz was considered the best of the best in Missoula, Montana for body piercers and I think I believe those rumors !! My experience was wonderful and they were so sweet, even doing their best not to mess up my makeup too much (lol).

The initial piercing itself was basically painless and I’ve experienced absolutely no issues, hardly any swelling, and hardly any other issues so far and it’s only a few days old !! Considering making a special trip to Missoula one of these days JUST to be pierced by Millz again !!

And, everyone at Altered was so nice and funny as well. Always a bonus when the counter staff is just as awesome as the artists and body mod experts. Even more of a bonus that they had great tunes playing while we waited and while we got pierced😎🎶 Thanks y’all !!

I had the absolute BEST experience getting my septum pierced by Sarah Millz. The process was quick, but I got all of the information I needed, and was also able to ask any questions I had. The piecing itself was SO EASY & PAINLESS, I was shocked. I would highly recommend getting a piercing from Millz!

So I showed up here on my birthday to get a tattoo made a appointment a down payment and everything, get there just for the artist to show me a tattoo he came (up with)witch I had sent a couple of photos prior to this appointment of what I was wanting. And he came out with something I didn’t want. made me wait 2 hours just to come back out and tell me he couldn’t do it. Wouldn’t recommend going there for a tattoo.

I’ve had bad piercing experiences several times to the point where I won’t be going back. I had over 5 nose piercings from Millz, most of them fell out but the couple I had left I went to change them to studs so they are matching on both sides and when they were put in they were so not even, even though it was Millz who pierced them, they insisted I take it out and allow it heal to repierce it, so be spent over $300 for my nose to have them uneven and then have to re move and heal so that they can fix their uneven mistake on my dime is ridiculous. It should have been done right the first few times especially with how expensive it was. Won’t be going back ever

they've done 3 of my piercings now, all three have healed lovely and none have rejected! The person that did them is so friendly and encouraging!

I had some healed and crooked snake bite piercings and Sarah Millz did such a wonderful job fixing them up! They're finally even now and have some beautiful new jewlery and I couldn't be happier! Thanks again ☺️

So cute, so sweet, so understanding and accepting. I have never written a review before but this place deserves one! I felt so safe here, and they did such a good job!

I had my seconds on my ear lobes pierced. It was a very welcoming environment, all the jewelry is titanium and good quality, and the price was very reasonable. An apprentice pierced my ears with close guidance from a more seasoned piercer. She did such a great job, was very smooth, and I dont feel much pain even after some time. I can tell they are both good people who I felt were relatable and fun to talk too. I would definitely come back here.

have had many piercings done here and am impressed w the quality and quickness every time. Would recommend this place to anyone for every piercing need you have:)
