So far ive gotten 5 piercings at Next Generation.I have been coming here since I was 14,I love this place compared to other places in Springfield. they are super nice and make conversations it’s definitely an experience. Also a good price. I cannot put into words you will have to find out you’re self :)

This place is one of the best IMO, with Kaleidoscope being second. But Next Gen is far more affordable. They immediately greeted me and helped me get the paperwork after asking what I wanted. And no sooner did I finish the paperwork did they take me back to do it. I had a septum done and it was quick and easy and relatively painless, most of the pain being from the forceps they use. The staff are nice and amiable and it is a very clean place. They will definitely be my go to place.

Corey was great in giving me my first Dathe earring. Very patient and gentle and explained everything ! Definitely would recommend him.
My husband has been trying for two years to have someone fix his tattoo! It was his first tat (two years ago) and it was really messed up! Chewy did an amazing job fixing it. So much, that my husband went back the next day and had another tattoo done! He also has another one planned and wants Chewy to do it before we leave the state and go back home.
Chewy also did a tattoo on me (with wording) and was able to capture what I wanted perfectly! The lettering is beautiful!! We also had two signature tats done! They look awesome!!

AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend! Billy was awesome and really eased my nerves (it was my first piercing). He is super quick and gives you honest advice. I got a little light headed afterwards from being nervous and they sat me on a couch and gave me water and m&ms. They also are very sanitary and use basic jewelry to minimize the risk of complications. Definitely go here!!

They always have amazing customer service. Everybody has always been so nice, helpful, and great! I have had multiple piercings there and they have always been great! They even helped me out with giving me a piece for my ring on a piercing that was not done at their shop that I had lost. They got me in the same day that I contacted them and were very helpful. I would recommend them over and over. 🖤

My daughter got her nose and navel piercing by Corey. She is afraid of needles but wanted this more than she was scared. He was awesome with her and kept her laughing and calm. Prices was great and very informative. Definitely recommend

I honestly love this place, they’re very clean and professional as well as they’re also very nice and friendly people. Corey pierced my septum and did an amazing job. My mom also came in with me and she had fun talking to Corey and looking through the pictures of different tattoos. Overall I had an amazing experience here and I would definitely recommend.
