I heard terrible things about this place but decided to try them out and now I have two severely infected cartilage piercings because I was repeatedly informed to not touch them. I went back to have them put another ball on it and had a different guy and he told me I should have been cleaning them every day. I also had a friend go with me and she got her conch and not only did they have to pierce it twice but also put the wrong gage earring in.

My best friend and I went in for cartilage piercings today our appointment was at 1 but we showed up at 12 and they got us right in, she got her helix done by the apprentice whom she said did very well, I got my daith done by Corey who was very patient while I decided between 2 different piercings. He was very nice, knowledgeable and gentle. I will be going back once this piercing heals, so will my best friend. Definitely recommend.

This place is always clean when I go in. The staff is super friendly. Billy has been my piercer for the last 4 years or so and he is great at what he does and a total sweetheart. Lucas did a big shoulder piece on my husband a few years ago and it of course turned out amazing. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the limited jewelry options and only being able to buy larger gauged jewelry in pairs. I always prefer to support local businesses before buying online...
