Love the atmosphere. Never feel judged. Great artists, they really try to work with you and be fair about pricing. No need to be intimidated, they're all really nice and really cool. I got a piercing and all my tattoos here, and plan to keep coming back. I have tried visited other shops, but none have given me this quality of work and customer service. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My friend and I walked in, not expecting any openings. We were greeted immediately, and after expressing our ideas, were assigned an artist each who did their duty to replicate what we wanted. I believe I got Darren, who did an amazing job with my tattoo concept! Absolutely love it!! The guys were personal and chatty, which eased my friend's nervousness as well.

Absolutely love this place. So far I've just got piercings done and gauged but it's been fantastic every single time. The costs are perfect, the folks who have done my piercings and gauging have took upmost care to make sure its as painless as it can be, while being upfront about what pain to expect. Super friendly, put me at ease the moment I walk in. I just scheduled for a tattoo next weekend and I honestly can't wait.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone is really friendly and professional. I have not had a bad experience here EVER. Iβve had my nose, industrial, and daith pierced here and gotten 2 tattoos here. Theyβre not crazy expensive and theyβre amazing at what they do. Definitely recommend coming here!

I think my daughter is happy with her piercing. ( I dont think she knows the difference about what I am saying here though)
Don't tell your customers that we can move the Dot (piercing location) if needed and then refuse toοΏΌ! That is called lieing!
We had been fretting over this for 24 hours and I finally calm down because I thought the place will "have my back" & let me change the dot if needed. Every time I've ever gotten a piercing I have been allowed to do this if I wanted to.
Don't ask me why I wanna Move it!
Let me move it and then we can decide if we like my spot better real simple! π€οΏΌ
I seriously won't be back over that and that they have no direction on what to do or where to go when you walk in the door if everyone's busy.οΏΌ
The website says don't make an appointment but they act like you should.οΏΌ
Don't act all flexible & then once you get people in the door switch up!
I definitely would've said something there or walked out if I wasn't worried about upsetting my daughter.

I had an awesome experience. Cory did a phenomenal job with my septum he made sure I was ready and ok afterwards. He also gave us all the care tips we needed. Very friendly place and would recommend them to anyone! This is day 3and it's no longer painful!

, come from Germany, and have been going to Springfield for 20 years. I have very good friends there. I've been going to Next Generation for 7 years on my vacation and getting tattooed. Have spent more than 100 hours there so far. It has become my 2nd home in America. The artists are all very professional and give excellent advice. (as far as I can understand with their slang) It's clean, tidy and has a wonderful atmosphere. (but always fall asleep while doing it). I will register for 20 hours again this year. Greetings from Germany to all employees and especially to my tattoo artist, little Jon. (Music could be better. It's too soft for me. Now bring it yourself.)
