Key City is hands down the best place in Frederick to get a tattoo and the artist John Glessner is fantastic. Not only is he hilarious, but he's super talented. I have 5 tattoos from Gless and they are all amazing. Whether you pick something from his flash or have him create a custom design, it will not disappoint. The front desk is also super helpful. Elizabeth and Sarah will make sure you have a great experience! Cant recommend key city enough

I had a terrific experience here. Before my appointment, they were very responsive to all of my emails. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was very professional, the place was clean and welcoming, and I felt very comfortable with the COVID precautions they had in place. Nate did my tattoo, and he was great! He let me take my time figuring out the size and placement, and did a wonderful job. Love my new tattoo and can definitely recommend Key City and Nate!

I got a shoulder piece here several weeks ago and overall had a great experience. The shop is clean and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. I worked with John Glessner was really pleased with my tattoo. John was able to work with a stencil I brought in and really brought the design to life. I plan on going back in the future, and can't reccomend this shop highly enough.

I got my first tattoo at Key City last week and it was such a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough positive things. The staff is so friendly and the shop is impeccably clean. Gary tattooed me and he was absolutely incredible and so talented. Since it was my first tattoo, I was a bit nervous, and he just made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I absolutely love my tattoo and couldn’t have imagined a better experience. I will definitely be back and I would recommend Key City to anyone!
