Thank you to John Glessner and the staff of Key City for making my tattoos possible! My most recent, my possum, was freshly done today and turned out amazing! If you have an idea then they can make it happen. All staff are super kind and easy to talk to, very clean and sanitary space and procedures, had a great time overall! I will definitely be back for more and I recommend this place to anybody getting a first time tattoo/piercing. Pictured is freshly done today, and healed roman coin tattoo.

I've been to this shop numerous times now and have always had a great experience. My first tattoo in years was done by Tim there. He was so patient and kind as I was an anxious wreck! I couldn't be happier with how the tattoo turned out. Most recently, I worked with Matty. He's incredible! His linework and attention to detail is unmatched. He came out to the waiting area with tracing paper to map out the space he had available on my arm. For the design itself, he went above and beyond and made sure I had exactly what I wanted.
The shop itself is always clean and the staff are friendly. I definitely plan to return for my next tattoo!

I've been tattooed by John Rippey on multiple occasions. Each time we've worked together on detail and placement and he's always been patient and accommodating to my requests. The work itself is excellent and I'd encourage you to review it on his Instagram account: johnrippeyv. Pricing is fair, especially for the quality.
As for the shop itself - it's in a strip mall and there's free parking. The facilitiy is clean (lobby/bathroom/work space). Service at the front desk is kind and courteous. I was running behind on my appointment and they were happy to communicate that when I called.
They have cool merch in the lobby on your way out.

Liv helped my mom and I do a mother-daughter piercing. My mom got her ears re-pierced and I got my nose pierced for the first time. We were both very nervous. I only had experience with a piercing gun in elementary school at the mall. My mom had her ears pierced by a friend in college.
