Heroic Ink Tattoo & Piercing

If you're looking to get a tattoo, then look no further. I'm absolutely blown away by the folks at Heroic Ink. Everyone I've had contact with has been polite, friendly, and the perfect mix of fun and professional. Had a cover up done by James. Incredibly talented artist, his work is top notch. This is by far the happiest I've been with the outcome of any of my tattoos. With a friendly atmosphere in an extremely clean shop I can't see why anyone would go anywhere else. All of my future work will be at Heroic.

Got my first ever tattoo done here. They were amazing at sketching out exactly what I wanted. Very friendly. Tracy did an absolutely amazing job! Couldn't have asked for any better! This is the only place I will ever go to get another tattoo done!

Hugo gave me my first tattoo this morning and was beyond kind about me being nervous and having a little anxiety. He is such an amazing artist and is so chill and funny. I defiantly recommend this shop and know I will be back in the future!

I just recently went into Heroic to get my lip pierced and unfortunately had to take it out. My lip was pierced on a complete angle and the plate inside my mouth was basically up on my lip. Don’t get me wrong, my experience at the salon was a good one but it just sucks I couldn’t keep the piercing in due to it being done wrong.

They somehow mixed up and gave me a tattoo of the client in the next room. Normally I'd be upset but it turned out pretty cool so I won't complain.

It's been almost a year since I was there for my tattoo. So, I took some time deciding about posting. The guy who did my tattoo gave me as far from what I wanted as possible. I sent several examples and he said he couldn't do them either because of the color or detail. He started acting impatient and was going out for a smoke more than he helped me with getting what I wanted figured out. I take blame for not just cancelling the whole thing but I also think he should have been a lot more helpful as this was my first tattoo. I made an appointment the very next day for removal. I still have it, still hate it and am out $2400 so far in trying to be rid of it. If you see the guy standing in the alley smoking, dont use him.

My friend and I called Saturday morning after Thanksgiving to make appointments for our tattoos. We submitted the art as instructed by the front desk person. He said he would give it to his artist and have him work the drawing. My friend wanted some simple hand lines and we were told no problem on the phone. I told him I wanted specifically with a feminine touch. I was told also, no problem. When we arrived we filled out appropriate paperwork and proceeded to meet with the artist James. He told my friend strait up he doesn't do finger or hand art for reasons of fading and some other lame excuse he offered. Extremely disappointed my friend finally accepted his refusal to do the work. When I proceeded to speak to James about mine I was shown a trace drawing of the picture I sent in. I said I was hoping you would add a feminine touch to the picture I sent. He looked at me and gestured to his penis saying I have a penis. To me this meant he can't add a feminine touch because he is a man or the length of his artistic ability is equivalent to the length of his penis. Either way I was offended and disgusted at the conduct of the entire office. Why make an appointment with an artists that does not want to do the work? I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience!!

I got my eyebrow pierced by Molly and she was super nice and let me watch her set up and sterilize everything. I almost passed out after I got it done so she got me water and Tracy bought me a candy bar - I had a great experience!
