Kinda bummed they only had 2 options of barbell for an eyebrow piercing. I probably would've gone somewhere else if I had known this. However, they were very nice and the piercing was quick and easy. It's well done, it's deep enough and the place was clean. I'd recommend it but I just wish they had more options.

Kaylee was super cool. She had a super booked schedule but was not only able to find time to squeeze me in but my mom as well. She did a great job! Love my new tattoo!

I’ve been getting tattooed at Heroic for years, but most recently by Bri! They are excellent at line work, and I love seeing their hand drawn tattoos as well. They are also very gentle and respectful while tattooing which I always appreciate.

This isn't my first choice for a piercing or tattoo shop, but it's considerably better than several places in town. It's clean, staff follows proper procedure for sterile technique, and a warm and welcome environment. They even have a comfort dog. I've been pierced here a couple times and one time I didn't get the placement I wanted, the piercer said it was anatomical variation as to why I couldn't get it placed there. I got a consult later from a different parlour, where someone redid it the way I asked, so it could have been done that way. The customer service is usually pretty good. I had a piece of jewelry break two days after I purchased it from there and they replaced it right away.

Had James do my first and second tattoo ever, turned out amazing! He and I chatted throughout the whole process of getting my tattoos and it really left a good impression on me about the place. I will definitely come back again in the future! I also got my piercings done here and the lady was really nice and affable! This place does a great job keeping things clean and assuring you are good with everything. Also really cool environment to be in! Definitely recommend checking this place out and getting a tat or something!

went here yesterday with my friend. she got a cartilage piercing and a nose piercing. i got my stud changed out for a hoop and i got two tattoos! everything was clean and sterile and my artist, Parker, was amazing! it was my first tattoo and he made me feel super comfortable and led me through the process. the girls at the front desk were super helpful and very friendly and funny. everyone was wearing masks. pricing was fair and overall we were both happy. would definitely come again!!
