The shop has a very chill comfortable atmosphere, the staff is friendly and professional. Shogun is my tattoo artist and is true artist. He has done two tattoos and we have so many more planned. Cade recently pierced my septum and has a clean setup, made me feel comfortable and executed my piercing flawlessly.

Waited almost two hours to get pierced. It wasn’t that busy, artist kept running around the shop chit chatting and sitting around with everyone else there, mask half on. Highly Unprofessional. Disappointed with the experience especially when this is a place people go into with high expectations. I’d like to return but I don’t know if I will. I was very excited and I’m a patient person but this was ridiculous af.

Brittany Slam has pierced my nose twice. Both times she was exceptionally pleasant and answered all of my questions. After losing my nose ring the first time I went back to her, a good decision because she had just gotten stocked with quality silver and gold nose rings with all sorts of pretty stones and designs. So I got to upgrade the look of my piercing anyway with some bling.

Got piercings added to both ears at 9mag about two weeks ago... the "manager" who pierced my ears named Brittany Slam was so rude and unwelcoming that I was on the verge of turning back around and going else where. Only person I came in contact with other than her was the receptionist who might I add was just the opposite. I believe she picked up on how nasty/ nice brittany was and pretty much apologized for her attitude while she went to her work station To prep for my piercings, so that was the only good part about visiting 9mag. If you decide to go there for piercings request Don or someone else who will have a more pleasant demeanor and someone who is actually willing to discuss the different kinds of earrings and after care instructions without coming off as irritated or rude.
Thanks to the receptionist (didn't get a name) for her great customer service and welcoming attitude. You rock girl!

The service was excellent. I did a walk in for a septum piercing. I came kind of late, so the piercing artist was already gone but the receptionist called him and he came back and was there in 15 minutes; Reviewed the forms with me, went over the piercing process and aftercare, and then did the piercing. super efficient.

We went to Mag 9 because my friend wanted to get a tattoo. She changed her mind because our plane was leaving that night to head back home and she was afraid she’d be in pain on the plane. The young lady who greeted us was very welcoming and didn’t seem annoyed once she found out that my friend had changed her mind.

I'd Iove to give 5 stars bcuz my artist was amazing but the atmosphere was extremely off-putting. It was like a club in there. I dont watch much TV but after posting my pictures my girlfriend told me I was at the place from a TV show. Explains why ppl were taking pictures outside and maybe why the staff felt so lax but not everyone cares about a name, show or clout. People still want, expect and pay for professional service and experience. I do plan to go back, again, only bcuz i really love my tattoo. The artist was patient, listened and executed the design better than i even imagined. I can't wait to have her finish my chakra series. Artist was Stellz. Great work, thank you.

I’m one of those people that does the random google search for a place. If the reviews add up, I click on the site, navigate, and if I’m satisfied, I will proceed. That’s what I did with 9Mag. I had no clue at all they were on a tv show until after the fact. My husband and I booked an appointment with Ryan. He was so amazing and down to earth. He completely freestyled everything, and I can not tell you how impressed I am. I have a previous tattoo that was stenciled. He made me (almost) :) hate it because of what a good job he did. I would seriously 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone I know! He is so incredibly talented!!!
