Born Weird Tattoo and Piercing

Brian was the artist who did my art work. Its not finished yet but it soon will be. Thats just 1st part of it like i said it just neede to be finished.

Ever been poked and stabbed by someone who realllllly knows what’s good with the poking and stabbin? Well I was lucky enough to have Jordan Pordan Lordan Dordan Alred grace my shins with the ut most love and creativity Janis and Stevie would be very proud. Everyone in the shop is incredibly talented and I truly enjoy every moment I spend there and it doesn’t even hurt that bad. All I can say is wowwwwweeee thank you Jordan Cody and Justin (they all have tattooed me) you’ve done a fantastic job!
Also fantastic bathrooms.

Artists are very experienced, they do beautiful work and they are very knowledgeable, shop is clean and well kept! Prices are great too, Justin is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone!

First off, out of all the other tattoo places this is the only one that would take me the same exact day. Now besides that Born Weird Tattoo is a great place to go for ink. When u first walk in their shop is very relaxing and the atmosphere is very chill and engaging for they have great decorations. The staff is very friendly and kind. I personally got a tattoo done by an artist named bryan. He did a very well, very clean tattoo and the price he charged was very affordable. I do believe I should of gave him more, for his work was very clean and well done. For anyone who wants a tattoo I very much recommend Born Weird Tattoo and Piercing. They overall are an outstanding tattoo shop.

I got my septum pierced by John Ackerman while on vacation in Boise, and it was an amazing experience. He was so gentle and nice! He walked me through everything step by step, and made sure I was informed about everything that was happening.
My nose piercing proved to be a little difficult, but he made sure I felt calm and comfortable the whole time. He worked with me and I’m very appreciative.
13/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great professional piercing in a rad atmosphere.

I can easily say i’m very frustrated with my experience. I hardly ever leave reviews but i thought it was worth the time to say that i did not feel welcomed by my piercer, john. It felt very unprofessional and he made me feel quite stupid when i was asking about the piercing material and when i asked for his opinion on which side to get my nose piercing on since i was unsure how much it would affect sleeping vs. balance between piercings. I okayed his placement, but later came to realize that my nose was pierced at an angle instead of straight up and down like it should be. I did my research and angled piercings cause longer healing time and difficulties with other nose jewelry, let alone looking crooked. He used an L shaped nose stud, which i now know is not a proper healing stud shape, as it is often not cut to the clients nose anatomy, causing it to move around and irritate the piercing more. I made the frustrating decision to bail on the piercing and get it redone at Imperial since I’ve always loved and trusted them. As i was sitting to get pierced, I already did not feel trustworthy of my piercer and did not feel like i was in safe hands. I felt that he did not care about me or my piercing, which is not something you want to feel when you’re about to get pierced. $55 down the drain. I will not be coming back here and i do NOT recommend!!

I got a tattoo with Madi! She is amazingly talented and very sweet. She made the process of getting my first tattoo easy and fun! 10/10 ♡

Septum and ear lobes came out perfect. Won’t go anywhere else. Even my momma better not go anywhere else. John walked me through all the steps to make sure I was comfortable. Gave me a card with shop info and said if I needed anything or had questions to call/email. Even said if I wanted jewelry they didn’t have I could send a photo and he could order. Top notch customer service. He even changed out my moms jewelry at no charge.

I came here from Salt Lake City to get my nostril pierced and don't regret it at all! It was an easy experience, my nose stud is super pretty, the placement is perfect, and it's healing nicely. Easiest piercing healing I've ever been through so far six days in. Even my mormon mom likes it lmao. If you're in the area and craving a piercing come here!!!

My best friend and I got matching syringa tattoos on our wrists today at Born Weird! Justin Giron did a wonderful job! The art was so well done and just what we wanted! He also gave appreciated advice during our consultations for our other tattoos we will be getting done by him as well!
Such a fun shop, as a whole, with kind staff! Felt clean and professional! We are happy to have found a tattoo shop and artist we trust!
