I started my floral half sleeve yesterday with Mike Wiensz and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. I got a mix of dahlias, peonies, eucalyptus, and lavender so far and it is absolutely beautiful. He is very efficient and we managed to complete all of the outline and even some color in around 5 hours. He was very kind about taking breaks when I needed it and is easy to talk to or just chill if that is more your style. Truly an amazing experience, and I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks to continue working on it!

My mom and I went in for a tattoo together and Brian was great! Very respectful and friendly; made us both feel very comfortable! Has a very light hand and our tattoos turned out wonderful :) very thankful.

I came to Born Weird for a tattoo in memory of my dad and they did a great job. We came in for a walk in appointment on a Saturday. My only complaint is that we were like 5th in line so we had to wait about 5 hours to be seen. But I'm in love with my new tat!

Born weird is THE BEST tattoo shop in the valley hands down! Madi at born weird ALWAYS crushes it and I am obsessed with every single tattoo I have seen her do. Not to mention she is fun to get tattooed by and I always leave my appointments excited to get poked by her again :D.

I have been coming here for over a year now, and every time I get anything done it is nothing but exceptional! Everyone is highly skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to piercing or tattooing and how to care afterwards. Tia, one of the piercers, has grown so much since she started there and I am very happy that she has done my industrial, a conch, multiple helix, some lobes, and hopefully many more piercings to come! She is easy to talk to and joke around with and incredibly kind, I highly recommend her for anyone that wants any piercings! All of mine have healed well and had little to no issues. Born Weird has helped make Tia an amazing piercer!

I requested Madi Krings as my tattoo artists and she did not disappoint!! She was very attentive and kind when listening to my ideas and came up with a beautiful design that I absolutely love. Day of the tattoo she made sure I felt comfortable during the whole process and the end result is phenomenal. Madi’s detail, especially in shading is incredible and I would definitely go back to her again for anything else I wanted!

I cannot say enough kind things about Brian Basabe! I went to have a cover up done for a tattoo on my wrist. The way he designed the new tattoo perfect hid the original! His work is incredible and he took so much care in executing the final product. I will definitely be coming back to see him in the future!
