My friends and I were in the Magick Dragon for no more than five minutes and it was the most uncomfortable experience. The workers, specifically a female working the counter and a male artist, made us feel so unwelcome and idiotic for asking for a simple rose tattoo. The girl was nearly rolling her eyes and as I explained what I wanted done with the rose the male artist offered no input. He didn't offer to do a sketch for me or anything. My friend was saying she wanted to get her belly button pierced and again nothing was offered. Her questions were being answered vaguely at best. I walked away and said, "Lets just go," obviously showing my discomfort. The workers simply laughed. Unless I desire to feel stupid or uncomfortable, I will never step foot into this place again and make sure none of my friends do either.

Me and my wife went there to get a tattoo. We put our name and number down and was told they was going to call us.they never did call us back.we was treated like we was strang and weird. We was hoping to get a tattoo been told for years thats the place to get a tattoo but we got let down.

Drove over an hour to come get a tattoo because everything i read stated that they closed at midnight. When i arrived at 10 pm i was rudely greeted by a woman who just said, "yeah, were closed" and shut the door in my face. The place on the door that should have said the closing time was just a blank space. It would have saved me huge amounts of trouble and irritation had they simply just updated their online information.

I had some horrible home made tats & desperately needed cover ups- Adam was fast, professional, and creative- Everywhere I go now, I get compliments on my new tattoos, which is a drastic change because before my cover ups-, I was so ashamed and embarrassed of my awful home made tats. Poor time management from the higher ups. We got there at noon to sign in for a tattoo. Left around three to get a tattoo somewhere else, came back, and then waited another hour and a half. It probably isn't so bad on your standard day, but Friday the 13th wasnt a shining day for the staff here.

It was great Steven was very nice and always asked to make sure I was doing alright since it was my first tattoo he did an amazing job I've always gone here to get my piercings and my one tattoo done hopefully I'll be back for more ink
